I see Dr. Mayes here and he is a wonderful eye doctor. Really listens to your concerns and helps answer any questions you have. The rest of the staff are friendly and helpful as well.

Doctors are great, but office staff is almost incompetent. Every time we've tried to get glasses or contacts, they take forever and/or wrong and need to be redone. I've been put on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on, told they would call back and haven't heard back. This time it's been 3 weeks since we started trying to order contacts and they finally ordered them today. My son tried on his own, but just was told they would call him. If my son didn't need special contacts I would be going elsewhere.

My experience with 20/20 Eyecare has been fantastic! The staff is always cheerful and upbeat each time I ve been there. The doctors have been great and take the time to explain things, discuss options and answer questions. All around a great place!

After being rescheduled once already, arrived for my appt only to find my appt was cancelled because I didn't respond to a text that was apparently sent to me. Too bad they couldn't even bother with a followup call ... just cancelled !!

My eyecare has been very good. I'm writing today because I called yesterday to reschedule an upcoming appointment. I got a message to leave my name and number and they would call me back. After an hour, I called them again. Found out that the doctor wasn't going to be able to keep my appointment anyway. They weren't able to give me a new appointment for 2 months.

The eye Dr has always been good, but the staff progressively have gotten worse each year. The current receptionist has given me issues 4 times in the past month. I feel bad but will no longer be continuing my services there. I also found my contacts at a quarter of the price online.

Jan. 2020 They are finally actively working with me to try and find me contacts that work. Dr. Wilson has been very dedicated to making sure I get the right contacts.
Dec. 2019 My eye appointment was fine but I have been trying for 3 months to get contacts. They don't return phone calls and they don't appear to want to fit me with contacts either.

I was so impressed with my experience at 20/20 Eyecare Center. Dr. Willems stayed through his lunch break to see me and diagnose a painful irritation in one of my eyes. Koodos for the great service!

I love 20/20 Eyecare! I have seen Dr. Mayes and Dr. Willams. They give such good care. They always encourage me to call is there is any problem. I have gone here since moving to the area. I can't ask for better and more caring doctors. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such good care. I highly recommend the service and care.

Walked in to fix my sunglasses. I was politely told that I cannot be helped b/c I did not purchase my glasses there.

20/20 eyecare in Silverdale is a complete joke. I made an appointment almost two months in advance for an eye exam. This morning they text, not call, me to reschedule for another day. As you would guess it, they don't have any available appointments for an additional two months out!!! Of all the eye care centers I have visited, this one is by FAR the worst. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT go to 20/20. Go to a eye center/optometrist that will see you in a timely manner and provide faster service to you.
