I was very impressed with the customer care I received from ECP. Right from the first contact I was treated so professionally. I had just gotten the name of the service representative that I should contact for the repair when my phone rang and they were calling to schedule me. They arrived on time and fixed my car right in my driveway . I was ready to go in no time. I wish all my customer service experiences went this smoothly! Thanks EVP!
