We had a sealant applied when we purchased our RV new four years ago and also purchased a warranty for the sealant at that time. Unfortunately the sealant failed and needed to be re-applied. ECP stepped in and quickly addressed the issue, sending sealant, working with us to find a detailer to address the repair, and issuing payment. The end result was fantastic!
