I contacted ECP after my 2017 Honda Accord experienced "bird waste" damage which left a spot on the hood noticeably pitted. I was expecting to get a run around before getting a claim approved but ended up being very favorably impressed by the service I received. My claim representative, Lorena V, clearly explained what was needed to support the claim and quickly processed my claim which included pictures of the damage. She even worked with me to locate the claim check at the body shop when they stated that it had not been received. She always quickly responded to my email inquiries and provided easy to understand answers to my questions. Dealing with this company and this representative was a very pleasant experience.
