The process was easy and the Ecomark team took care of everything. There was a constant open communication between Ecomark and us. Each time an email was sent immediately to notify us of which step in the process we were currently in. Our scheduled install was delayed due to weather, yet Ecomark still fit us in the next day. Even after install, the customer service and communication have been great.
