Our sales rep was very helpful in describing the system, how it works, and how the install process happens. We ran into an electrical issue which was not mentioned during our ""site audit" that set us back by 2 months, which was upsetting. Once we had the electrical issue fixed, everything went smoothly. Coordination between ecomark, xcel, and the city inspector was key to getting our system up and running. Overall we are happy to be solar customers and look forward to no bill from xcel in the future!
