My project is still in permit phase but so far the experience has been pretty bad. My sales person was eager but inexperienced and reluctant to put me in contact with someone who knew anything about technical stuff I had questions about. I eventually got past that (because end of their financial quarter they started calling me due to their need to meet end of quarter sales goal rather than my requests/need for info but whatever works...). I signed the contract and paid but was assigned a so-called project manager that is more a clerk than a project person and is so bad at communication I am at this moment literally wondering whether Ecomark is still in business.

I m the one running around checking on permit status rather than this useless and so-called project manager. I can cut some slack because of Covid but seems to me she is working from home rather than getting the work done.

I think the company has the right value proposition but some real gaps when it comes to delivering. Will update after the system is up- not going to hold my breath.....

Another thing: every time I talk with them I mention my desire to add storage but nobody seems to know anything about if/what Ecomark offers while their website clearly promotes a storage product.

8/24/2020 update-
Got an "I'm sorry, please contact me message from owner which I did and 10 days later still no response.

Sales guy called to schedule the install which is funny because at the time of the call the local install lead guy had already been here. Local (Ft. Collins) installation people are GREAT! Did a nice job, courteous, quick and professional in 99 degree heat. Had one difficult decision on where to install a piece of equipment and they involved me every step of the way.

It is very clear now that internal communication in this company is terrible on many dimensions including product offering. So far has taken 5 months from signing contract to installation.

Waiting now for final inspection, delivery/installation of a "sales incentive" offered to me that nobody had bothered to tell the installation guys about so it wasn't delivered or installed. Also waiting for information/training on the system monitoring app as well as system startup/shutdown process (installer gave me a preview and it seems to be a 4 step process with 4 switches to activate in a specific sequence).
