The initial person we dealt with was great. Forrest was great and kept us updated along the process. The crews who replaced our roof and installed the solar panels were wonderful. The communication with Krista was terrible. The design we were sent to review was so small we could not see the details to ensure things were placed where they needed to be. We tried to blow it up so we could see it and it would not work. When this was brought to her attention, we were again sent something too small to view. It is a good thing we have somewhat good eyesight. I cannot imagine the trouble someone with poor eyes would have. She would tell us we did not need to be home when the person coming out needed someone home. She would give us a date and it would be wrong. When we called or e-mailed, she did not respond to our calls/e-mails in a timely manner. She claimed she could not leave messages on our voicemail. When we checked our call log she had not even called. We spoke with her supervisor and it improved slightly. Kyan did a great job at the commissioning appointment. We had an issue with one of the panels shortly after going live and Evan responded promptly and professionally. At this time, we are not experiencing any significant decrease in our power bill. We are working with the electric company to figure out if the problem is the meter or with the solar system. At this point in time we are disappointed with the promised savings in our electric bill as we have NOT seen any savings. We hope it will be resolved and will be what we were promised.
