Has everything you would need for models the cost is good cheaper then amazon with the choice picking it up yourself if your local so saving on postage too I will not go anywhere else now i have discovered this shop

Ordered a kit on 26 May, later on that day I recieved a email from emodels stating they were recieving many complaints ref. delays in delivery. My experience was completely opposite I recieved information on the 28May that my order was on its was on its way
I am very pleased with the service after ordering several models and I would recommend emodels to all model makers

Despite the unprecedented circumstances we live in today, the team at eModels have provided a high quality service. Communication updates were pleasing to see regarding their processing and delivery times. I have just made my second purchase from them after receiving my 1st job lot today, which was well packaged, I highly recommend eModels to anybody.

Brilliant service yet again, great having it on the doorstep and thanks to James for sorting me out.

Ordered on 12th sep - dispatched on 15th sep, Hermes got it on the 17th , now 18th and its still not out for delivery. Disappointing service won't be using again. All other model suppliers manage to deliver with 4 days, most next day . even cheap delivery is 48 hours from order. Mind you they do use Hermes so i expect disastrous delivery.

Always a pleasure to visit, very helpful staff and I'm yet to come away without the product I went in for. Highly recomend!

These good folk certainly have come through even in the present situation and it being clearly explained that orders could be delayed from order to delivery was only 8 days no time at all considering the difficulty they are operating under my congratulations to you all .. keep well stay safe to all the staff and thanks again

It's been many years since I entered a model shop & I found e-models by chance even though I only live a couple of miles away. It's like the Tardis, it looks tiny until you get inside & see what they have. I was served by a young fellow named Andy, who was very helpful & cheerful & seemed to be able to lay his hands on what I asked for very quickly. In the words of a certain robotic device in the movies, 'I'll be back'.

Good shopping experience with very fast delivery and good communication. Very pleased.

The staff of emodels are awesome. If they say they can deliver a product within a certain time, you can actually rely on them to deliver. And their discount is great too! I've used them twice and am certainly going to use them again.

Great service from start to finish. Getting back in to scale modelling and I asked for a suggested basic toolkit set up. They provided this without any guarantee that I would shop there. I used this list for my first shop (with tweaks) and got my order delivered within 7-days as suggested.

Comms were good all the way through the process and quick responses received.

Brilliant service, fast response to emails.
I placed a good sized order here sadly during picking it seems two items could not be located, a 747 Kit and a bottle of thinners, they ordered in these in to attempt to get these out but sent on the rest of the order without them as they did not receive them in time, to me this is great I was happy for them to do this they received the 747 and shipped it right away and it actually caught up to the other package as UPS were a little delayed in delivering (NOT EMODELS FAULT AT ALL).

The packaging was very very well done the only issue here is the 747 has a mark on the main fuselage (manufacturing issue) but I will need to look at that further to see if painting will be an issue on it but I am more than confident if it is an issue the guys will be more than helpful.

James has been very polite in his emails and always doing his best to resolve any issues, while frustrating that these things happen its one of those things and to me did not warrant any loss of stars for the service, I am confident to use these guys again in the future and would recommend them to any scale modeler

Okay but very slow delivery and don't bother phoning they never answer the phone. Don't bother if you need anything in a hurry. I,ve had two Hannants orders both made at the same time as this one - I,m still waiting for the Emodels order...... Ordered next day, arrived 4 days later. Prices significantly raised on Tamiya paints during Covid-19 lockdown which is blatant profiteering, especially competitors remained the same.

Absolutely excellent. My mother bought me one of your products for Christmas this year. Perfectly packaged and on time. Everywhere else was selling the product (Battle of Arras) for twice the price. Great service as usual. I now have a stash larger than some retailers courtesy of Emodels. I can always find something I never knew I needed on their website. I'm an armour modeller but still managed to buy a huge submarine from them. That was harder to sneak into the shed. Great communication and friendly helpful staff like Nick. I live local so this is a 1-stop shop for me. If they haven't got it - they get it pretty quick ! Called in to collect something ordered (4 working days) - was served by James. Very helpful, very knowledgable and had a good chat about the Telford show.
Only one thing missing - a NAAFI wagon outside ! :-) I could stay all day then!

Placed this order with E_Models on 24th April, had myself resigned to the fact that because of todays unprecedented restrictions I wasn't expecting this to be delivered before mid May at least, but due to the magnificent work and commitment of E_Models to there customers, I received delivery today 31st April, and as usual everything was in tip top condition, thanks so much for the speedy delivery, keep up the good work guys but must of all keep safe.

I have only placed a couple of orders as yet - But I can already confirm that the customer service from eModels is second to none - and the prices are very competitive too.

I was told on the phone they had a couple of choices and prices of Lipo batteries for my crawler, when there however they had none, no apologies given. A complete waist of my time and money.

I've Ordered Revel Paints through this difficult times with this pandemic I contacted them couple of times to see if my ordered have been posted they did sure me confidently that they are in the post they did extremely well they where low with staff because of this pandemic but I'm pleased with my order I will place an order again in the near future.

Online is good and havent ever had problems but instore they done seem to keep proper track of items in stock so its abit hit and miss.

This was the first time I visited the store/warehouse. I have just gotten back into modelling after many years away. Andy was very helpful and was happy to help even though I made him run around like a madman looking for bits for me. The only gripe I would have is you can't actually look at the models on offer because its more of a ware house than a shop/showroom.

No news from the orders that I made 10 days ago. I know it's difficult to manage the shop these Corona days and hope all the staff are safe and healthy, but at least they'd better say when they will ship my order.

Bought some paints for a model that i'm doing and they arrived very quickly and came well packaged. I found the service and the price excellent and shall be using them again. A+++++

Shop I usually buy from don't stock AK Odourless Thinners or MIG Oil Washes - E-Models do, so well done them.
