Had a problem ordering on a sunday evening. Email sent and answered at 0840 on monday. That is customer service!

Popped in last week for advice regarding oils. I was served by a chap named James. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I ended up leaving with half a dozen Abteilung oils, all at a great price. Could not fault service nor price. Many thanks.

It says on there online website that stock is real time and always updated. I've now been twice and travelled to get there and they haven't got what it says they have. The place is a joke. Model hobbies are cheaper then these but you have to have it delivered as they don't have a shop. Also affinity models down the road had everything I needed. And a top bloke in there. Give them a try

It ain't a shop by any means, more of a warehouse but you can collect ur orders and has a massive comprehensive catalogue, great find, not too far from home, the first I'm sure of many visits

They have good prices and nice choice of items. But their customer service is especially nice. They were very flexible and willing to help and organize everything according to my wishes. And they put smileys in emails. I strongly recommended them :)

This is a company that really does go the extra mile in customer service. There seems to be nothing that is too much trouble. It is a singular delight to use this company when you know time after time after time they will not only have the item you want in stock, they will get it out on time, every time. I have dealt with e-Models for a number of years now. They are my first choice every time. Why? Because they have never let me down, always delivered on their promises, have excellent customer service, all at very competitive prices.

Incredible service. I asked these guys if they could source a model I'd seen online that they didn't stock and not only did they get hold of one and have it shipped to me in very short order, it actually worked out cheaper than the other sites I'd originally found it for sale! Shout out to Gavin, couldn't have been more helpful.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to James and the team for your efforts during these difficult times.

Two of my friends are experienced modellers whilst myself and another have come to the hobby fairly late in life (40 s lol). All four of use have used yourselves multiple times since lockdown began - you ve been brilliant every time.

Order hadn't been sent out after 6 days so I opened a ticket asking about it. They phoned me 5 minutes after I opened the ticket, explained that they had made a mistake on the delivery details and apologised then sent out my order for next day delivery. Fastest and best customer service I've ever experienced.

Very good choice of models and paints. Delivery was fine especially during the Covid 19 period. Website and basket were a little glitchy, possibly due to heavy usage during lock-down.
Feefo review process is rubbish, they ask you to rate every purchase you made, even different paint colours. I don't have time for this, nearly didn't bother leaving a review at all.

I ordered some paint on Sunday afternoon, had a note the same day to say that it had been packed and despatched, order arrived the following Tuesday. Pretty impressive service, especially during the run-up to Christmas when the postal service can be erratic.

Have used eModels several times over the years. Excellent in every way very happy with the company.

Used the company for a numerous orders over the last couple of years, always fast and great service. My last order got lost in the post, contacted them and a replacement order was with me the very next day with no arguing or hassle. Very much recommended!

They use Hermes for deliveries whilst they continue to do so I for one won't be using them for purchases as my parcel wasn't delivered to the home owner as stated but left "somewhere" outside no help from the Customer support "hero" or replacement

Fantastic service. Great communication both with orders and queries. My items were delivered in good time and well packaged. The delivery tracking information was so accurate that I was given a 1 hour window of when my items would arrive.

Good website easy to find what you want delivery was prompt considering the situation the staff have been in and it's greatly appreciated . I will definitely be using emodels again and would recommend to any one interested in modeling to check them out.

Had a few worries about how my first big truck build would go but the service from James soon put the worry from the build and great service from him as well

Friendly and helpful service - ordered some products in the afternoon and they were with me less than 24 hours later and with great communication, knew when they were packed, when they were in the van and dispatched - can't ask for better.

These guys are my go-to model supplier. For years I've bought tools and paints from here, especially Alclad II metallic lacquers. With the change in Alclad 2 bottle sizes there was an unexpected hiccup, with one of my orders, but a quick email and all was sorted. Big thanks to James and Andy ;)

What a shower, ordered on Thursday, paid for delivery for Friday. Call Friday to be told that they hadn't put it on the van until Friday morning, then when I spoke to the manager he told me that they were just running it to the courier as we speak and it wouldn't get to me till Monday Lies lies lies. Ruined a Birthday through pure incompetence!

A great place to purchase kits and accessories, both online and at the shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend them.

The place to go for models of any size and specification. I bought an R32 Nismo edition GT-R with next day delivery. They had a stock mishap and had to order this kit in. I had a call from Gavin who advised of the issue on the same day and made me aware they had ordered it for delivery today. Absolutely sterling customer service and a pleasure to do business with. I will hands down use these for any other model car kits, equipment and paints in the future.

I worked there for 2 weeks before returning to nursing due to the current covid crisis. Never got paid a penny. Tried to message to see why I never got paid, no replies whatsoever. Really unprofessional way to treat somebody who returned to a profession to help people during a crisis. Great way to run a company to just not pay somebody with no explanation. Disgusted really, never worked anywhere they they just dont bother paying you.

I went to swap an item that had been purchased for me for christmas, i had to provide the order number to prove it was from there, which was fine, and swapped with a little extra to pay to the type of paint i needed.

Great shop, I had a highly professional, positive experience when dealing with them. Emails are handled quickly and politely, and their after sales service when dealing with an issue has been nothing short of exemplary. Well recommended, and I'll be using them in the future without a doubt.

I live locally to Emodels so pop in to get paints etc as I build large scale rc tanks. I always find the staff very friendly and helpful. What I particularly like about emodels is that if I see a product in an article or tutorial video I can be pretty sure Emodels will stock it. James is the guy that usually serves me and he is very knowledgeable about the products and happy to offer advice.

This service is highly professional yet feels personal. Having looked at eBay, it turned out the folks at eModel could supply directly for less (around half-price). I took the opportunity to purchase some Tamiya paints. Delighted with the results.

I will buy a rack when I move house. Until then, something of a stop-gap.

Great models at great prices have already received some models just waiting on my money so I can order the paints so I can get started will be dealing with them again very soon and the staff are very helpful . Another matter my girlfriend made an order got the first order very early still waiting on the second order from the 14/11/20 vellego paints what's happened.

I have only bought a few items from them over the years but the service is great well done .

I placed an order a good few weeks ago, but hit money troubles. When I emailed the team they were quick to respond and helped me out by cancelling and refunding me.

Not only this but upon reordering last week they got the job done quickly and got the order sent out.

Given the current circumstances it has to be said the emodels team are a credit to themselves.

Excellent customer service, after an order failed to arrive after being sent to me, I was given clear information about what the options were and as the items I had ordered were on back order I was given the option to either wait or select an alternative, I was kept informed about the situation and received the replacement once they arrived in stock, a very pleasant shopping experience and I will happily shop there again, knowing that they are good when things go wrong not just when everything goes to plan.

Found emodels when looking for a model shop local to me. I ve just got back into modelling after a ten year break and I like to see the kits before I buy them And speak to a person about the pros and cons. I went in today for some small things and spoke with Andy, who was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable too. He sorted out what I needed and gave some advice where necessary and it was a very pleasant visit! I shall definitely keep using them for my modelling needs.

Edit 25/03/19. I went back today to get some paints - specifically acrylics after friends convinced me to switch over. Spoke with Andy again and was served by James today. Between the pair of them they gave even more very useful and practical advice on what paints to get based on how I would use them and for future use as I get more proficient. Settled on the Vallejo model colour range so I can brush paint more than airbrush until my skills improve and airbrush more. They then spent at least fifteen minutes getting me the paints I needed it equivalents for the kits I have to build currently.
What can I say but they are a great little treasure trove and equal parts knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I never felt patronised due to my lack of experience or budget. Real genuine guys and it s evident from speaking with them that they are passionate about modelling and happy to impart what they know to help others. 10/10 and emodels will be my go to shop.

Long drawn out order - first parcel disappeared somewhere - waited the statutory 31 days or so, then went back to Emodels. Gavin - very helpful - second parcel despatched and arrived safely! so I'm a happy camper at the end of the day.

Customer service... first class. Due to our 'marvellous' post office taking over a week to deliver (I shudder to think how long second class post would have taken) I was offered a replacement without question.... however the package arrived the next day. Absolutely top notch service.
