Went on Hajj Alhamdolillah just got back a few days ago. Excellent service from start to finish. 5 of us went and we have no complaints Alhamdolillah everything was good. Definitely would recommend London Prestige for Hajj and Umrah.

Group leaders were excellent and spiritual reminders were very well delivered. The whole group felt like a big family. I had initially wanted only a 'non-shifting' package but after having stayed in Aziziyah, I can see how it is very helpful in preparing for the Hajj.

Price point was very good given the facilities provided compared with other companies/prices.

Thank you to all of the London Prestige Team for assisting us during our Hajj. Once we had booked, we were sent a well informed itinerary. A great seminar was organised prior to hajj. This allowed us to understand what to expect and to ask any questions if needed. Special thank you for the food provided to us on that day.
The brothers that travelled with us during Hajj were very friendly, supportive and approachable. We felt very comfortable. Everyone in the group were lovely and it felt like we were one big family - Alhumdulillah! This made our hajj experience much more enjoyable!

The hotels in Azizyah,Makkah and Madinah were great to stay at! The hotels were close to the haram and all in walking distance except the hotel in Azizyah. The whole experience was very pleasant. The team delivered above and beyond. Thank you to each and every one of you for all the your hard work and effort.A few minor points of improvement, but overall a happy customer. Definitely a recommend!

Alhamdulillah four of us went including my wife and it was a very spiritual journey. Everything was taken care of, communication with the leaders was clear and concise. The group went above and beyond and I highly recommend this group to choose for Hajj. I am yet to find out about Insha Allah.

London Prestige had Excellent communication with us all hajis, Professional staff and guides. They gave us all more than they promised! The apartment in Makkah was amazing it had a laundry room wer we could wash,dry, and iron clothes which was very handy. The apartment staff wer very friendly and helpful,Always helping around in every need.The owner of London Prestige, brother was staying with us in same apartment which was very nice of him. Brother was very helpful and extremely nice and always willing to help. London Prestige made our hajj 2018 very comfortable and a hajj to remember. They talked us through every single detail about wat wer about to do n next.
They looked after us all in Hajj 2018 like kids! Covering minute details and providing five stars service at every stage. Our group leader maulana Mohammad Ali was a very knowledgeable maulana made our hajj very easy for us and for my husband too. Detail to detail was explained by maulana, and we did everything according to him in hajj. I am very blessed to have a maulana Mohammad Ali with me on hajj. May Allah reward them all for making our Hajj so comfortable and easy. London Prestige service was always on top! Never lacked on anything. London Prestige Looked after every single one of us hajis throughout our spiritual journey and made our journey pleasant and easy. London Prestige service, communications are always bang on. Alhamdulillah performed Hajj 2018 with London Prestige. They provided a 5 star service throughout with minimal fuss. We stayed with the group led by Sheikh Omran and our journey throughout was fantastic with no complaints. The accommodation and location in Aziziyah was fantastic and the 5 star hotels in Makkah and Medina were truly amazing, not only for their quality but also location in the Haram areas. In Mina and Arafat the Mutawwif was Zaki Kamal, one of the best ones. We were looked after very well and our accommodation was top notch, especially when compared with other travel groups (some who charged more than double of LP). Already recommended to many friends for next year inshallah.

Alhamdulilah London Prestige was a very well organised and a hospitable Hajj tour group.
The apartment in Al Aziziyah was comfortable and we were well looked after. We booked a two week package due to work commitments however the three week package I would consider in the future. Our stay in Madinah even though it was short (due to package) was also comfortable. The Al Eiman Royal Hotel was a 5 minute walk from Masjid Al Haram.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Ziyarat with sheikh Mohamed Ali Jazah Allah Khair. The reminders were beneficial and the duas during Arafaat were beautiful.
I look forward to travelling with London Prestige for Umrah with family in the future in sha Allah.

I have Been on Hajj & on another occasion went on Umrah and honestly i had no issues and strongly recommend them.

While on Hajj they was with us every step of the journey. The leaders where very helpful any concerns they would sort it out straight away. Really well organised group, delivered what was promised, good hotel and food in aziziya. Really enjoyed the diversity with imams and the group in general. Initially I thought the Sheikh was harsh however learnt a lot from him too and his knowledge of the seerah and companions is great. Would have been even better if...

1-2 more days in Madinah.
If possible to fly out from where you finish. Lufthansa are good however the coach from madinah to jeddah takes its toll.

Alhamdulillah Our hajj package was fantastic, we went as a family of 5 and all our needs where taken care of. The accomodation was fantastic in both Makkah and medina. We where given guidance throughout the journey the group leaders where all brilliant and approachable. Mashallah an absolutely amazing company. Very glad to have booked our hajj, the most important journey of our lives, with London Prestige.

From start to finish the organisation was exceptional. To put things into perspective, there are 2.5 MILLION people travelling for hajj, getting coaches, staying in hotels and doing exactly what you are doing all at the same time. If you are expecting a 5* luxury trip then you need to re-evaluate your expectations. If you are expecting London Prestige to be personal butlers for you and your luggage etc then you need a reality check. With regards to everything that is in the control of the London Prestige Hajj organisers, they do exceptionally well. They do everything they can to make your trip as smooth as possible.

After they have done their part, the Hajj trip IS STILL going to be incredibly challenging in many ways that is in no one's control except Allah swt.

In summary - All visas, flights, coaches, hotels, tents, food and everything else that London Prestige was responsible for was done excellently. You will find it difficult to find a better group to do your hajj with.

May Allah swt accept the efforts of all the organisers and accept the Hajj of all the Hajjis.

Amazing Hajj Package! Their staff works very hard for all their clients and they provide what was promised!

The office side was exceptional , I was dealing with an Arabic speaking brother called Muhammed who was very patient and not all all pushy when it came to paying for the hajj trip . He also gave us a free upgrade but that was expected considering 3 of us had booked .

The group leader molana Muhammed ali was very knowledgeable ,explaining Hajj and umraah unfortunately the down side of the group leader molana Muhammed Ali was he was more interested in the well-being and welfare of his own family and didn t help us at all with the practical side of hajj and umraah. With the practical Side I would give just a 1 rating and that s me being generous , he would avoid work and just doesn t want to work . I was quiet shocked at the attitude, he was only a molana with the knowledge and didn t help or lead the group . He didn t even show empathy towards my wife when she was struggling with luggage. It was more than my jobs worth attitude .

The Medina hotel was very good and excellent location .

I would like to say that Hajj is a blessing from Allah swt and he granted us an amazing Hajj by blessing the team at London Prestige with the honesty, dedication and outstanding commitment to their customers. From the pre-Hajj prep to the final contact their professionalism has been fantastic.
They kept us updated at every step and walked us through each stage of the Hajj. For a novice like myself it was an essential part of the package that was priceless!!!!!!!!!!

Alhamdulillah an absolutely wonderful group. 5* is not enough for London prestige. It was more like a family than simply a hajj group. Everything was well organized and literally everything was provided for us from them. The only thing we needed during hajj days was just our spending money.
