First class service with helpful advice provided over the phone. It's unusual to receive this level of service in these days of "online hurry up trading".
I will buy from Emodels again.

Went to emodels late on Saturday almost closing time .I was served by Andy and even after a long day at work he was pleasant ,helpful and very professional,giving me tips and advice on the products I was buying to complete my latest kit . A great very well stocked shop .highly recommend

I saw an advert for a kit I wad after on the emodels website and called emodels to order. The guy at emodels knew exactly what I was wanted, to my oerder and sent me a confirmation email. Another email told me it had been posted and a couple of days late my model arrived. Great service, great communications and knowledgeable and polite staff. What more could you ask for?

Visited today and was met by James. He was a very helpful assistant and had plenty of time for me even though I turned up at 1645! His knowledge was amazing from the types of model I was looking for to advice on buying airbrushes. As a novice he also gave me some advice on weathering and some starter tips with the products I bought! Although the shop is many (160ish) miles from my house I'll always be sure to stop by after my experience today! Thanks again and I'm looking forward to black Friday!

Browsing the internet for any UK companies who sell, the Wacky Showrods I love. Found emodels. Stocked the Revell 1/24th Ed Roth Surfite with Tiki Hut and painted figure of Ed Roth. Purchased and delivered well packaged. Have added them to my webpages to keep an eye out for any new releases.

eModels is one of those shops that SO many other shops could learn from. Excellent choice of kits and accessories and the service is always first rate. Exceptional service and the first place I always go when getting anything model related - keep up the good work!!

Popped in emodels this morning first time since lockdown to get an assortment of stuff ,kits ,paints ,glue etc , got the lot in one shop. Can,t recommend these guy highly enough. Served by richard who was incredibly polite and fast.

Quick delivery, tank as described,well packed,received in good condition.Oh and good communications too.
Nice quality t34,good colouring, including weathering and sound effects, and the plastic tracks look metal like.Everything works and controls well. Very pleased.And the green colour is dull as it should be, not bright green.

First class service from James. Professional, courteous and efficient on the phone as it was a faff to order 14 Tamiya paints on the site which had about 7 pages when I could just speak to him. Whole thing done and dusted in double quick time. So glad I found these people and although I only make about three models a year, they are my go to model kit people from now on. Brilliant! I completed an online order and forgot to include a pot of model paint. So I rang the store, spoke to Richard, he very kindly tracked down my other items and added the missing colour. Everything was ready for me to collect, later that day. Keep up the good work.

Ordered a couple of items via their eBay shop... they were posted out and arrived quickly. The boxes were a little crushed as there was no other padding in the parcel but the items themselves were no worse for their treatment in the post. Efficient service by eMadels will use again.

Even though they were inundated with orders, due to the unprecedented situation affecting all of us at the moment, they did there very best and need to be applauded for that. What a service! - Ordered on the Saturday, shipped on the Tuesday and delivered on the Thursday. Much faster than I was told. These guys are great - buy from them whenever you can.

I've been using eModels for about a year now and I have to say that I am very impressed with the speed of delivery and especially the customer service. They are my "go to" online retailer for anything scale model related.

eModels had the paint colours I required available. Their service was good and the paints were well packaged arrived quickly

All the items I ordered arrived well packaged and in good order, my only minor complaint was the turnaround on my order, but that was mainly due to them closing for New Year I assume, however I didn't see any notice of this on their website, It would be great if they could list their shutdown times on there.
I had to wait a week for my order to ship, but it arrived the next day once it did. I would definitely not take this as normal operating procedure though. I did email them about it and it shipped the next day.

I have since been informed by the store that the information was on the website, but I couldn't find it and I didn't see it, so I can't comment on that.

Cannot fault Gavin at eModels, responds to my emails the same day I sent them for an inquiry and nothing is too much trouble for the staff, cannot recommend them enough

It took a little longer than expected to be delivered, but it is a very well detailed model.

I had dealings with a young man called Richard nothing was to much trouble. Great shop

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend emodels.
The sales side was great but the after sales are seriously lax.
The fault was highlighted within the first week of ownership so swapping the product should have been first option . Emodels informed me that swapping that wasn't going to happen.
Emodels tested and then sent the faulty component to their supplier.
2 weeks have passed with one wasted visit and 3 non returned phone calls.
Still ongoing........
At the moment, I have a grounded expensive aircraft.....very poor service.

Had some models and paint and tools from these guys. Found the service to be excellent. Dispatch of all my orders have always been swift and always well packaged. Would recommend this supplier to all my friends and anyone needing any model kits and acssessories. I've given them five stars and my only problem with that is they are not in my neck of the woods.Regards Tony Barrett.

I turned up today unannounced with a fairly long list of items needed. The list was handed over and I had the items bagged and ready for payment in a matter of minutes. Friendly, professional service from knowledgeable staff. What more could one ask for? (Well, apart from the opportunity to browse the rows and rows of goodies in the warehouse at leisure!)

I would love to give emodels 5 stars as they have an amazing range of models in stock as well as accessories and detailing kits but they're just so hard to get hold off. They have an option of collect in store but when you get there they are closed (even though your within the times published on there website) and if you're thinking of calling ahead don't bother.....I have simply have an image of a scared looking man sat in the corner staring and shaking at the odd electronic device from the future ringing on the counter and clearly his fear is far too much for him to ever consider answering it

Placed an order for various different paints, tape etc for a model resto and the order was dispatched and shipped to me fast even during these tough and stressful times. My heart goes out to everyone working at eModels for their amazing customer service and notices. Recieved emails from the manager apologising for delays which goes to show the care and love for customers, something that is rarely seen nowadays. Excellent service. One pot of paint from a number that I ordered from eModels had dried up when I opened it from new. I emailed eModels about this and got a reply the next day, helping me to locate the batch number on the pot. They then sent me a free replacement, without quibbles, and it arrived promptly. I would definitely do business with them again.

I have bought from eModels before, and on a long cross-country journey from the east Lincolnshire coast, I wanted to finally visit this model shop on my way home to Lancashire. It was certainly not what I expected, reminding me more of a Screwfix than the pokey model shop I had seen in Lincoln, but I was impressed enough and wanting to make use of the novelty of my visit. Richard was extremely helpful and understanding, empathetic of how lost I was upon arrival and why I wanted to visit in spite of the COVID-19 restrictions. He was an astute salesman explaining how much eModels have available, a half-truth as it was also the case that, as he explained, high demand had lead to many items going out of stock. Nonetheless, I was impressed by his rapport and happy to buy from the still extensive range of models available. He was very quick in finding it for me and did his best to encourage me to purchase from them again - if only they were closer! A good job well done
