Wow... great service. I placed an order on Sunday night and it was on my doorstep in the USA on Thursday morning. Fast international service from the UK!

I have been the retail store today they have a lot of stock and the service was great.

Highly recommend emodels.

Wanted to get some paint at a lower price than elsewhere, and decided to get two of them from here. Although they messaged me saying that the order would take longer than usual due to the increased demand, they were still able to get the paint to me in just under a week. Would highly recommend!

Always recieved excellent service from these guys. Yes they are struggling in current situation, who isn't ? But they keep their customers informed of whats happening. No problems with the delays here, fully confident they are doing their best and thats what matters.

I placed an order with this company on 23rd May. It arrived on the 27th May. In these of crisis and lockdowns that is some achievement! And it just shows you just how hard working the staff are. Emodels was recommended to me by a relative who had nothing but praise for their service. I can only say that his praise was not misplaced, and the speed of delivery was great - next day if you require it. Packing of kits was ecologically sound, and substantial enough to prevent damage in transit. I will use their services again in the future. Excellent.

first visit to Emodels, I was very impressed went in not really knowing what i wanted but all questions were answered by Andy, if they didn't have the stock (which I guess is unusual!) Andy showed me the items on the internet so i knew what to look for, he also mentioned that it can be ordered if needed. Very impressed overall and i will be using them again for online and collection orders.

Fun shopping place , cheerful and very helpful staff , orders sent very rapidly . If you are a modeller , they stock pretty well all you need .
Emails answered very promptly if you have questions .
I recommend them unreservedly .

Ordered paints and other modelling accessories online over a bank holiday weekend for click and collect. I couldn t wait though (having had a new model for my birthday), so I phoned to see if I could get my order any quicker. The guy I spoke to (Richard) was extremely helpful and courteous. He said the order would be picked and ready for collection by the time I got to the store. Great service and good products at a good price. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

They knew what I wanted. The were accurate in terms of the delayed delivery because of covid. And I was kept up to date on the status of the delivery. My Heinkel landed on schedule, followed by my Catalina. Couldn't ask for better service during these difficult times. Well done, Guys!

These guys understand good old fashioned customer service .
I emailed them when a small parcel didn't show up, and with no questions asked, I received a pleasant email apologising, and in the next couple of days I received replacements.
Their stock and choice is extensive, and I can't see why I would shop from anywhere else in future.

I ordered a model kit from eModels that I was struggling to get anywhere, this was the first time I've used these guys it definitely won't be the last.
From the minute I placed the order to receiving it I had numerous emails with updates, I can't praise these guys enough I received the model within a week of ordering even through Covid 19 amazing, well done to the whole team.

Arriving in emodels, confronted with a counter which was unexpected as I assumed you could walk around. Waited a some time to be served. Unsure on what to purchased asked the assistant for something that's technical plus challenging, where upon the assistant just threw the question back to the consumer. Seemed unsure how to deal with an unsure customer. Where I was asked "what type of models are you interested in". "ships" I replied, "we don't have them in stock". "Cars" I replied. Ended up with which I believe is an import model of a car, plus I believe I payed over the top for it.

Good morning James, just wanted to say thank you for the delivery of my order the Eduard Tornado, it arrived in perfect condition and is an amazing kit.

I really appreciated the phone call I received from yourselves last week over my initial concerns about the release. It was very nice to actually talk with someone who took the time to reassure me personally that all was well with my order rather than just email me.

I am always concerned ordering products off the web but with E models I need not have worried it was a brilliant experience. After registering I placed an order for a 'Classy Hobby' Pzkw II 'Luchs' 1/16 scalewith my credit card opted for standard postage and elected to pick the package up from my local Matalan store. The post and packing charge was very reasonable and the item was tracked all the way. It was just excellent service all the way.
I have been making scale models for 50 years starting with an Airfix Boulton Paul 'Defiant' in 1/72 scale ( the store had sold out of Spitfires & Hurricanes') over the years I have made everything from ships, aircraft, armoured vehicles, sci fi etc. Currently my collection is of 1/16 figures and Radio Controlled Military Vehicles. My latest purchase the 'Luchs' reconnaissance tank is perhaps the best static kit for the money in this scale. Well packaged, excellent moulding, good instructions, etched fret, individual track links and the capability of building 3x different versions.
I am hoping to Radio Control this model to take down to our club the 'Manchester Armoured Division'. New members welcome we meet the 3rd Sunday of the month in Longridge school just north of Preston. Best wishes Mark Merrifield

I've used both the 'click and collect' and simply gone to the store for supplies and they have everything you could possibly need. Seamless first class service and super friendly staff which all stores, not only models, should take a leaf out of. My go to source for all modelling supplies from now on.... 5* all the way!

I was served by Andy on the 20th of March 2019 when i went to pick up some Mr. Color paints which are hard to find in the UK particularly "in hand" . Andy quickly found them and was very patient with me when i realised there was (puts on Columbo voice) "er just one more thing". This particular thing wasn't in stock so Andy quickly found me an alternative which i was happy with.
The all round atmosphere in the shop was great, myself Andy and his colleague had a pleasant bit of banter which made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Something you rarely get with an online transaction, much to Emodel's advantage. We are very lucky to have Emodels trading from Stoke-on-Trent. A rare case of being able to walk into a model shop and buy a kit etc "in hand" from friendly staff with all the advantages of online retail. A credit to the city and the hobby.

brilliant customer service reply to email straight away took a little longer for my order to arrive but they made up for it with brilliant service.

I placed an order with emodels, the whole process was easy and I had emails keeping me informed every step of the way.

Sadly my order seemed to disappear once in Royal Mail's hands. With Christmas upon us one has to expect delays, but after a week since being sent 1st class recorded, I feared that it was unlikely to make an appearance.

Now mistakes happen, as do scenarios that can be out of a retailers hands. What is important is how these situations are dealt with. Emodels sent my order again and absorbed the extra cost themselves to make sure that I got it the next day.

That is 5 star service as far as I am concerned. Keep up the good work chaps :-)

Poped in today for a new lipo charger today and with a few different ones in stock was served by Gav very knowledgeable and pointed me the right direction as to which one would suit my needs left with the info on to look after my batterys properly and a new charger that will do the job will definitely be back

This is basically a warehouse with a very small front desk area, the people were friendly but not very knowledgeable on rc cars, if you look for the stuff you want online you could pic it up if you didn't want to wait for delivery.

Quick and easy, well packaged and fast delivery. Also a superb selection of just about everything a modeller might need. I have used E models several times so far, and have always been very pleased. I shall continue using e models as my "go to" one stop, or mostly so , shopping site.

Living in stoke E models makes it easy to collect and pick up kits with great service and staff , ordered the latest Eduard limited edition kit last week ,which was quickly going out of stock due to demand and the staff put me one aside to pick up yesterday , and sure enough great service and knowledgeable staff , thanks E models

This is my fifth order from eModels. Placed on a Sunday, and confirmed despatched half hour later! Delivered within 48 hours. As alway, securely well packed with plenty of protection.
