Fantastic company , have used lots of shopping online, bought some great bargains over the years Thank you!

I have used eModels several times and they've always offered great service and value. For this last purchase I used their click and collect service and it worked very well indeed. Still the same friendly service - but the arrangements at the store make it a very safe experience.

I've just bought a model kit of a Bedford 'O' breakdown truck, This was posted to me in France at a very reasonable cost by eModels who gave me a very efficient service with absolutely no fuss.

Fantastic range of models and modeling supplies at very competitive prices.

I found e models online as I wanted to get some extra paints for my model making needs.
I placed my order on 30th May and was told that owing to the current situation it would take some time before I would receive my order. I was however very pleasantly surprised to receive my order on 4th June, a while before I was actually expecting it!
All I can say is well done guys you surpassed my expectations in all regards. Keep up the good work. I will most definitely use you again for my modelling needs. Oh and by the way your prices are pretty competitive.

I get a lot of my modelling stuff from eModels. I ordered a kit on 26 March from them, and it was delivered today 8 April, so about two weeks delivery time. Considering what's going on at present, eModels are doing a fantastic job responding to a massive surge in orders due to lockdown, with reduced staff. I think the Royal Mail are also under pressure with people buying more things online, so all in all, I am more than happy with the service.

PS - When I sent in an enquiry about the whereabouts of my order, James responded in the hour, thoroughly explaining the situation, and he must be inundated with similar messages. So for all those who are carping about long delivery times, give eModels a break!

It was a really fast delivery. I was very surprised of the size of the my model...I thought my model was going to be about 8 inches long..was I in for a surprise...it is 14 inches in length...awesome. I am very pleased and impressed. This was my first order with eModels and I will be ordering again.. Superb these guys, great stock and super helpful service even during the lockdown, they even replied to my emails at 11p.m. on Sat. Night, what's on the site is clearly shown 'In Stock ' etc. 100% would recommend using these guys for all your modelling needs, post is not cheap But they cannot use normal postal services when you order spray paints and chemicals etc. So thats why, thanks guys for brilliant web site and best service around !!!

My recent order was held up through no fault of theirs, but they continued to update me and then when the item that was holding up the order arrived, they expressed the order such that it arrived the next day.

It's still less than 7 days since I placed the original order.

Ordered can of Tamiya spray paint on Tuesday 5th May 2020, originally told it would take 14+ days to arrive due to outbreak causing delays, then I was happy to be told it'd be delivered on Friday 8th but I had headphones on so missed the slot.
They told me they'd redeliver today, the 11th and it arrived 10 mins ago so very pleased about that, will order again and recommend to friends and family.

After some initial surprise they accepted that I wanted to pay by cheque..and once it had cleared the excellent Tamiya kit was posted to me 1st class. It arrrived the next day . So even dinosaurs can shop here... With help from friendly and knowledgeable staff. !! Would recommend this store without reservation.

I always seem to see James behind the counter when i collect my latest order even on a Saturday, i'm starting to think he lives there ?. Always happy to spent the time dealing with the extras I always end up buying when I get there even when he's clearly got a lot on . Well worth the journey just pre-order for collection as stock dose seem to move fast at sale times ( Thanks Pete ) , and check out the guy's on their YouTube channel just for the banter , hints and tips .

Great place to get models from. Staff are helpful and stock a large amount of items. Only downside is you can't browse yourself it's just a small area to collect items.

I have been away from scale model making for several years and was looking for some thing special, eModels were just what I was looking for.
The online catalogue was very good and the postal service provide was quick and easy.
The model its self is great just the right mix of challenging and straight forward segments.

Service throughout all of my dealings from a very friendly and exceptionally helpful staff has been an absolute delight. A purchasing experience of yore, and one many household names could and should take a leaf from their book. They most certainly do not lounge on their laurels. Positive superlatives jostle to be the first into print. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough. If you have a question about a product, they listen and guide you, no pressure whatsoever. Wish to buy something, and it's in stock, it's either posted promptly, or if like me you can visit, you can take it with you. Out of stock, they will order it for you, send it onwards, or await your collection.
Sadly Google will not permit the granting of ten stars plus.
