Absolutely excellent. My mother bought me one of your products for Christmas this year. Perfectly packaged and on time. Everywhere else was selling the product (Battle of Arras) for twice the price. She lost her husband (my dad) in November, so it was lovely to have such excellent service and a lovely message from the manager of the store, which made her day. So thank you very much. Will definitely be up to visit the store when I next need a new model kit.
