We stayed for a week with the kids in one of the lagoon villas with a pool on the roof.

The good:
- friendly and helpful staff
- great beach, very clean and very few people
- the hotel is directly on the beach
- walking distance to a shopping area
- a lot of places to eat and shops 5 minutes away by car
- nice atmosphere
- the hotel s Thai restaurant was outstanding - fantastic food and decent prices

The not-so-good:
- the rooms OK but everything is a bit dated; the hotel could do with an overhaul
- other than the Thai restaurant, food was choice was limited
- the life guard at the pool was nowhere to be seen for a couple of days
- kids club is very small with few things to do

Overall it was a good stay.
