Great work environment, exceptional opportunity for growth both as a person working in the company as well as transferable skills that can be applied throughout life. Very understanding bosses, which make working feel like being a part of a great family.

A VERY unprofessional/unreliable "marketing" organization. Scheduled me for a 9:00am interview and no one showed up until 9:30 to open the door or conduct the interview. Second interview was very unprofessional, a complete joke. Do not recommend this "marketing" specialist one bit.

The most ridiculous thing was that none of these two facts were specified in a job description. Wasted my time and money.

I felt that it was about time for me to write this review.

I have worked with DucMeta Inc for a year now and what I have achieved during my time here has surpassed many of my expectations. My first position within the business was as an intern, where I learned the ins and outs of direct marketing, as well as human resources. At that time, I expected that this would simply be another position to add to my resume. Directly following my internship, I was hired on for a full-time position which has enabled me to grow on both personally and professionally.

Each day in this business gives way to new challenges and learning opportunities. My mentors at DucMeta have encouraged me to cultivate my talents and have challenged me to grow beyond my weaknesses. I am consistently learning from my colleagues, and this type of collaboration is what has enabled us to win awards for our efforts - year after year. We are a close-knit group of ambitious individuals whose common goal is to make it to the next level. If you are looking for a standard 9-5 career, this opportunity is NOT for you. I have always strived to make the most of my potential, and this opportunity has enabled me to do just that. Funny thing, I didn t actually expect much from the job or the company when I first started. I just wanted some experience and a little money here and there, but most importantly I knew that as a sales field representative I ll get to talk to a lot of people and learn about their experiences from their life and their struggles. I wanted to put myself out there put myself out of my comfort zone and try out something new. However, I was absolutely surprised and mesmerized because not only was the team very nice, warm, and welcoming but they also helped me grow personally and professionally. Every morning in our office we have a workshop which I think is so unique and helpful because you get to learn things that you would ve never expected to learn from a job like this. It s improbable to even comprehend these concepts without help. Especially if you want to learn more than just how to sell, this is the company for you. Some people complain about the meetings that we have but if you don t put in effort, you will never get anything in life. Not to be cheesy, but essentially no pain no gain.

Really nice place to work at. The office culture is unlike anything you've experienced before. Very comforting and positive atmosphere.

Highly unprofessional. Went there for an interview for Corporate Sales role. The HR was yawning through the interview process and had no clue about the processes in general. Never heard back from them despite repeated mails

Awesome Environment! There s a Ping Pong Table in the office, and everyone plays! Teams nights are on Thursday and they always do something fun, outdoors and indoor games! They have great mentors available to help you develop skills for you.

One of the greatest experience anyone can ever endure. Lots of potential to grow individually as well as moving up towards the management role. The environment is positive and fun filled, with tons to learning experiences that other companies do not provide. I would recommend DucMeta to anyone that would want to advance their knowledge and their career in the right direction.
