I purchased sound equipment. Sandra and the SoundX system was responsive and interactive. The equipment was delivered, well-packaged and safely dropped off within a day or two.

I recently bought sound equipment from Sound X pertinence after getting really bad service from a Cape Town HiFi shop. The items were substantially cheaper (30%) and the service and excellent friendly advice from Robert outstanding. The items were expeditiously dispatched and the backup from Stuart, the Project manager and technical guy excellent. My DSTV decoder and Amp was struck by lightning . Spoken to Rob regarding the best fit for the Bose speaker system I have and was quick with some suggestions. Next day the installation team was on site and very professionally competed the task. My TV also started with re-setting and non-responsive HDMI ports. I ordered a Sonos Amp from Sound X Perience as they had the best price I could find online.

I placed my order in the morning, and the amp was delivered the following day. There were also regular updates confirming the order, and tracking details were sent to me by Sandra.

The amp was also well packaged and I received it in excellent condition (It was sent with Fastway couriers). This was appreciated as I've had to return badly packaged/couriered items from other companies in the past due to them being damaged in transit.
