The shrimp moqueca with banana is formidable. Also worth experiencing is the jaboticaba caipifruta. Highlight for exquisitely decorated ambience and good service, with friendly and receptive waiters.

The food is good and the menu is different. It's from a very talented chef. I recommend the Breaded Shrimp with Manioc Snack and the Shrimp Bobo for main course. The service is cordial but needs to be a little more organized.

The place is beautiful, situated in a vibrant neighbourhood. The food is a bit pricey but it is all worth it. The staff members are humble and very helpful. There is an English Menu as well which makes it easy.

The Bahian mix disappointed. Lots of dough and little filling. The two fish dumplings were reasonable and cold internally. Already the feijoada ones were good. But for $ 79, I deserved whim in the ingredients.

Unique decoration. Quality service; friendly staff. The food? An explosion of flavors. I never ate anything like it. The price is salty, but worth every mouthful. My best gastronomic experience in Salvador.

Best shrimp stew I've ever eaten, it's worth every penny spent. Very tasty and side dishes too. The amount could be higher, for the amount paid, but this is offset by the wonderful taste of the food.

We arrived in a group of five people and waited to roam a table for almost two hours. We saw the owner of the restaurant come personally greet a group of the same size as ours. The group was directed to a table, even having arrived after us. When we questioned the receptionist, she insisted that they had arrived first. The card machine got into trouble when we were paying for the drinks we consumed during the wait and the waiter suggested we leave without paying. We made a point of paying and we left without an apology. Absurd!

It was my first time trying local Bahian cuisine, and let s just say it was an amazing experience. Although the price range is slightly high, the service was awesome, food was fresh, and restaurant is decorated beautifully!

Excellent restaurant that bears the name of its chef. It has a high cost, but worth the experience.
Extensive menu of local cuisine with the personal touch of the chef, highlighting the farofas, which can be purchased in the store - among other products - that is inside the restaurant.
Space thematically decorated and of great artistic quality.

Delicious food, beautiful setting. The restaurant is inside a mansion from the time of the empire, which has been completely restored. It has a lot of ceramics, art, decorated tables, everything with care and good taste. Worth it. I recommend the shrimp stew that can be served for three people, although they sell for two.

The food is extremely delicious. Not sure about the prices since my friends didn't allow me to pay. I have a feeling that whatever you order there, will be fantastic. The beer was inside a bucket full of ice at all times, so it was always icy... The way Brazilians like: absurdly cold.

It is fair to say that nowhere else in the world you will eat food prepared in this fashion (unless it is something Brazilian/Bahia themed). African food is wonderful and may take the same ingredients but the end result is different... The flavours are really unique!
The decor is rustic/modern/fusion/barroque/African deities themed... Very nice... My eyes kept getting lost in the decor intricacies...
Highly recommended!

The makeka is awesome (and there's a vegetarian Version of it avaiable). The waiters are friendly and they really try to give you the best experience. Only that you have to wait very long sometimes (around 45 minutes sometimes) and that it's very expensive for a Brazilian Restaurant gives you a negative feeling. But at the end of the day it's Worth it.

I did not have a good experience. It takes 1:30 a.m.
, the attendant told us at most 30 min .... The bar had only a boy for the drinks and in front of him were crowded glasses and cups, right in front of the tables, was not a pleasant sight. The moqueca did not come good, and again the attendant told us that it was enough for 3 people, and when it came, it really was so small and with no fish in the moqueca, it was more of a big disappointment. The house was old with a gorgeous chandelier, only this was my positive point. Tereza only succeeded as a juror in an edition in the Maaterchef, because for me it was the worst moqueca I ate ... It had no seasoning, it had no fish and it seems that it only had banana .... The farofa was good and that's what we ate until arriving at the miserable little moqueca, that is, we ate flour so as not to starve. All very expensive and poor service. Would not go back.
If you want moqueca first, go to Pelourinho, Maria Mata Moura, a thousand times better and wonderful service. We scraped to the clay bowl so good that the moqueca was.

Very good restaurant. Interesting background music and incredible flavor of the dishes. If this restaurant is not a Michelin it should be. There are great variations of Bahian food with a touch of creativity. The starters are perfect and the main dishes are tasty and very well served, perhaps because of this it is not a Michelin. I recommend everyone to come to Salvador and want a more stylish dinner at the Casa de Tereza restaurant

Charming restaurant, for the food and decoration. For those who enjoy vegetarian, vegan or diet with gluten and / or lactose restrictions there is a good variety of meals on the menu. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service is courteous. Worth checking out!

Perfect place. The value of the dishes is super worth it, the chef Tereza Paim strolls around the space frequently. I just didn't like it with one of the employees (super thick). But otherwise very good.
