Funny thing, I didn t actually expect much from the job or the company when I first started. I just wanted some experience and a little money here and there, but most importantly I knew that as a sales field representative I ll get to talk to a lot of people and learn about their experiences from their life and their struggles. I wanted to put myself out there put myself out of my comfort zone and try out something new. However, I was absolutely surprised and mesmerized because not only was the team very nice, warm, and welcoming but they also helped me grow personally and professionally. Every morning in our office we have a workshop which I think is so unique and helpful because you get to learn things that you would ve never expected to learn from a job like this. It s improbable to even comprehend these concepts without help. Especially if you want to learn more than just how to sell, this is the company for you. Some people complain about the meetings that we have but if you don t put in effort, you will never get anything in life. Not to be cheesy, but essentially no pain no gain.
