very nice experience with ds max. I have taken flat at starry. They are very much professional. All the employees are very supportive and helpful. I want to specially thanks Sandhiya for smooth possession on time..also want to thank jishan for taking care of interior work nicely. He is very decent guy and listen to customer requirement properly.he helped me throughout the Interior process.

The site engineer Vinod at starry looks after all the work at site level properly. I saw him working with all the workers very closely and competing the work on time. Also he verifies all the work done inside flat. For my flat he completed everything before house warming and kept flat cleaned and ready totally.

Timely project completion n Handover. From the time I ve booked till possession I ve met all staffs who are helpful n fast in responding for any queries.

Very bad experience, I bought a flat in varthur ,after that for everything they charges, the staffs are very arrogant.. for Katha process staff of dsmax Vinayakam took money and fooling for last 2 years ,I have talk to their manager one mr johnson ,he never bothers..the mo.ent u pay money to then they will behave very arrogant..very bad services .. be aware of these guys..u can even reach the ceo of company ..but u will still dont get any response .. one of the worst builders.. reach me for more details and proofs

RS SHARMA Flat No. 109 DS MAX Starline Good quality Material is being used. ds max flats are good but they have a very bad interior team, they are least bothered about completing the work , ds max will not provide any facility of getting interior done from outside so there we are locked ds max interiors team will not stick on to the words n promises made by them at the time of payment

I have bought an apartment in DS-Max which is still under construction, and is supposed to be completed next year.. So far, with the marketing person (Mr. Manikuttan), the experience was good. Remaining, I am still hoping to get a good quality construction and service experience from DsMax..

It's been a best experience overall from the DSMAX properties notably from marketing team (Azhar) and Interior team(Fahad)

This is Roshan from DS max Savera. After taking charge of FMC team with the combination of Mr sundar and Mr Babu we are seeing lot of importants happening in Savera. The basic requirements like cleaning is happening on regular basis. Lot of things need to be completed like entire third floor residents are facing very difficult time
When it rains. The FMC team have promised us that all issues what we are facing in Savera will be solved ASAP.

I had good experience in Ds Max for purchase of my dream home and it is worth to purchase the flat in ds Max.
I do recommend more of friends to buy and cherish.

Unlike other builders DS Max Delivered property on time .... we felt that it was worth investing on the property. The Facility head Mr Ranganath is highly dedicated towards maintaining the daily maintenance of the property. Kudos to him more than the builder coz he is jus a phone call away and all the problems r taken care of..!!

Scam builders. First they say the project is complete and ready for possession and loot your money. Once they receive the amount they will never look back at you.

Worst quality buildings as well as customer experience. Site engineers are hooligans and make your life miserable with their horrible behavior. If you visit their office they will make you wait for whole day and throw you out in the evening saying office is closed.

I have bought a flat 1.5 years ago paying 100% amount assuming it to be completed and waiting for possession. No signs of possession for next 1 year also.

I have heard people reach footpaths because of this pathetic builders. They don't care about RERA. PLEASE BE AWARE OF SUCH BUILDERS.

I am happy with marketing team for their courteous treatment while booking the flat and lucky to win surprise gift in flat patni contest I will be too happy if possession is given as promised

The facilities management team is great and the maintenance are done from time to time. Be it the cleaning or fogging or any work it's done as per the schedule

I am D's max sigma nest ..304..staying here from last 2 years... Good peacefully environment.. Facility manager Mani ..all issues attending very quickly.. And also security n HK staff are doing good...crm n FMC team supporting well...thanks for D's max n team.....

Post sales they don't care about you. I am fighting legally with them and registered complaints in RERA. DS Max is a fraud builder. Don't go for them and save your hard earned money!

I got a call for the job from ds Max approx 18 days
back from Mr. Santosh and asked me for details and then the very next day I got a call from Ms. Aruna who handles the HR department I guess. She asked me for my details and photograph and told me you will the get call in first week of August but it's not happened and than I followed up with them they used to ignore my messages and calls. Are you guys in state of mind what you are doing with others this is pandemic do you know how important the job can be ? If you don't hire tell me no clearly. Why you guys wasting someone's time. It's not important for you but it is for someone else.

Good experience with DS Max.People are cooperative and professional .I purchased in Stonescape and I got good response from CRM and Interior team specially Humira Irum and Mr.Nagesh .

After years of searching I bought an apartment from DS MAX Spark Nest
213.The real pain started when we started the conversation for possession and after possession. Every time when we talk to the CRM/ Modification or any other department from DS Max, we have to remind them what was promised/agreed, DS max does not maintain records. We won't be able/allowed to contact higher officials, we don't know that our compliance is discussed with higher officials. We can take our compliance up to certain level only.

Below are the problems with DS-Max Management which i faced, hopefully most of the customers.
1. We will not get proper replies from management either by mail or by phone calls.
2. We have to do a marathon follow up to get any of our flat related work done.
3. There won't be any proper records. We will not get any receipts from them if you are not asking.
4. If you get receipts also there won't be any proper details to which you paid.
5. Finally after doing marathon follow-up for any rectification you have to again pay from your packet or they will ask you to adjust, and ask you to learn to live with the issues.

I am sick and tired of following up with the CRM, Modification, FMC and Possession departments. There is no value for the existing customers.
I have been following up more than 3 months now. They don't know how to place IWC(Indian commode) properly. No proper supervision and skilled labor. I am doing a marathon follow up to fix this.

FMC is even worse. I am following up to fix the kitchen sink leakage more than 3 months and the interior is damaged because of the leakage.

The funny thing is for the next 3 years I have to get all the maintenance done from them only, no outside vendors allowed.

The other problem is seepage, because of seepage my possession was delayed. Even after taking possession it's not dried yet. And in some of the places it is worse than before.
All the above mentioned issues are in one flat. I cannot say I purchased a new house. In all the rooms, kitchen, bathroom some problems are there.

I recommended DS-Max to one of my friends and he purchased a house from them, now he also facing the same problem which I am facing. I regret that I purchased and recommended buying a flat from DS Max. I would not suggest buying a house from DS Max.

Starnest 010 - Good quality construction,Affordable housing with Good facilities.

I stay in DS Max Signature Devinagar. The construction quality is very good and built as per bbmp norms.. So we even got A Katha for this building. DS Max takes care of the maintenance very well and they even do a regular maintenance check of every flats for any issues to be fixed. I am glad I made a right decision by buying flat with DS Max.

hi this is suresh mishra i booked flat in ds max signature flat no 238 and last year only ibooked and i am happy to say all promised which builder has promised he he is going to full fill and during booking he has told one contast is like flat patni contest i attended there its really fastastic whole programme is well organised and after that prize distribution and i got third prize that mahindra gusto scooter
i am really happy and i am praying to dxs max to do this type of activitiy in future also

Preventive Maintenance is done on regular basis. Every work is done on time. Mohan Babu, FMC has been attending the compliants regularly.

Team DSMAX is really good. Especially, response from Corporate Office is heart warming and excellent. I have a special mention about HOD of CRM Dept of DSMAX Mr. Ranjith. He is kind and responds very well to customers needs. Ms. Sandhya, HOD of Possession Department was very kind and receptive of all my requests. Main plus point about DSMAX is that they cater to needs of customers according to their priority. Vaastu friendly homes.

It's been 8 months in the journey of DS max properties... They have proper facilities and effective management system.. we are happy with the stay in the property.. Sundar. R FMC ( Manager) he takes care of everything at the flat and make sure the concerns raised and properly attended and resolved...

I live in DS Max Silicon, RR Nagar.
Honestly, the build quality of building is not upto the mark as the design and build should have been better considering the reputation of company.
But coming to services, the quality is incredible. If there is any problem in the building, the mechanic will be just a phone call away, and they will always see to the complain and suggestions.
Overall - 4/5

Big time frauds. I bought 2 flat in yelahanka called Sky elegant which was supposed to start the construction on Nov 2017 but still it is never started now, and paid the booking amount. Later after a month and half, they asked me to pay some 10% amount though the construction was not started but per them if we don't pay the gonna cancel our booking and I paid the amount. After again 2 months they called me up and said pay 20% otherwise they going to cancel my booking. It was always kind of black mail saying the prices are high now than the price which I booked and people are in Q to purchase it. So a I got frustrated and cancelled the flats. Initially they said if we cancel they will repay in 7 working days but I had to run behind so many people coz nobody was picking the call and they never turn up. Got my money after 60 days of struggle.

This is the worst builder in Bangalore. Don't trust them at all. They are like mafia, just waiting to sell a property. Once a property is sold, dsmax management will show their true colors. If you are planning to buy a property then go to some other builder. Avoid DX Max mafia. Don't be overwhelmed by these managed reviews, they're truly fake. Be safe from this Covid-19 like builder.

It was wonderful experience with DSMAX til now. I am owner of a flat at Silveroak project at Electronic city phase2 and I liked this project in all the way like it is situated at prime location and construction quality and the facilities provided are simply the best in this price range. They have resolved all the issues actively and on time. Our current facility manager Ranganathan has done great job in resolving all our pending issues in a short span and we are very thankful to him. He definitely deserves an appreciation. Another person supported in on time procession is Kalaivanan.

Final word is I am very satisfied with facilities and maintenance happening at this place. The way DSMAX working on customer satisfaction is simply the best.

Excellent features of maintenance n amenities. Near to Hebbal n convenient to reach school n our office.

Our flat wasn't delivered on time. We faced a lot of issues regarding the parking spot. And also the apartment had leakage problems which took over 4 weeks to get resolved. Replies to emails are very vague with no commitment.

Excellent cooperation during the construction and good support from CRM and procession departments.
The construction of the building is good and I thank site officials for their support and help.

FMM Services of DS MAX are good. FMM Manager Ranganath has done a good job in the maintenance service of the society so far . I had some issues with tiles, plumbing and parking area which was promptly acted on. I hope the good services of DS MAX Management are continued in the near future too.
