Very Pathetic service by these people. They will be very obedient till you purchase the flat. After sale, the way they behave can't be explained in words. No time commitment and proper response to get the things done . They take customers for granted. In simple i can say as shameless, senseless people. I have wasted my time and money trusting these people . I want to rate -10 but I don't have it over here.

DS max is doing Joint venture project, If anyone looking Ds max project don t buy from Ds max, find the land load for the particular project. You will get better price & will get better support from Land load.
Unfortunately I bought the apartment from DS max (Project Name Sherwood), my neighbour property was owned by land load, he put the grill on the common area. Ds max fear to talk to land load / owner. DS max is telling to raise legal notice. They are trying to escape / get rid from the issue from DS max.
Please do not buy any property directly from DS max projects, if it was undergone joint venture.
DS-MAX is a reliable builder and very professional too,I see them as a potential builder to scale great heights in coming years, they will deliver whatever they have promised there is no doubt in that, the staffs are quite coordinating specially the maintenance team, I had some opportunities to interact with Manikanta who is the fmc point of contact in our premises, he is very proactive and and doing an excellent job in maintaining the project, he has immense potential.
Cost effective. Location not great. Maintenance staff is helpful. Management needs to be more pro active in taking decision and actions. Site managers so far have been helpful.
We are living in Signature. We are happy with security guards and also the hospitality is good and the project is well maintained.

He never responded for my calls in last few months. Spoke to few of the new bees in the team and got the Statement that I will only OC and no CC for stonescape project, for which I am still waiting to get the clarification. Please confirm if I will get both OC and CC for my project. If yes, what would be the time duration for that. Thank you.

Quality roofing and construction
After viewing hoarding, I enquired about this builders. At first I thought they were not good in construction and quality delivery.
But, my assumption was completely wrong after I visited ds max stonescape site which was simply superb in elevation, construction, view of the building.
I hope engineers worked hard for the design of this site and also I came to know about this builders that they were never comprised about the quality of the building which I have seen very rare. I heartly appreciate the builders of having such attitude. Wishing you a good luck in your future!
Overall maintenance is good and all amenities are well maintained by FMC team. All the issues are soughted out on time.

Good maintenance support by Mohan Babu, Reshma, Ranjit and full FMC team. Maintenance manager regularly visits the property and check for all the issues promptly.
Very bad experience from the interiors team. The work started 2.5 months back, they have not yet delivered. None of them from the team respond on time to our calls and emails. Seriously, not worth a buy.

2 word review : STAY AWAY
I own a property at DS-Max Silverwood which I paid for over a year ago, and the interior work started for back in May 2019. As i write this review in the end of Nov 2019, the work is yet to be completed and I am yet to take possession of the property. I have sent over 50 emails and made over a 100 calls (in just the last one month, most of which go unanswered unless I call from a different number) to try to get the pending work completed, but all you get is their callous attitude and complete lack of professionalism.
DS MAX is a good company specially The interior department doing great job. Good quality Work and on time completions.
