I purchased flat in DSMAX property project name called synergy its wonderful journey with DS-max. Greater support from team whomever I have met till now. I have purchased it as prelaunch. The speed of construction is quite good.i suggest to people to invest in DSMax property.

Excellent project at a scenic location. We took a flat in skyscape which is worth investing. Response of entire CRM team was excellent especially Ashwini s. she is very proactive,responsive and resolves our queries in no time.I must also thank site staff team ( Zubair) for promptly attending to our requests.

Had a very good experience..Very happy to have DsMax as my home.

We are very happy with DS Max Serenity Nest apartment. They have considered all our cutomization requests. For last 3 years they have provided excellent maintenance to our apartment. Mr Mani, manager incharge is very helpful and approachable. We are planning to extend the maintenance contract with DS Max. Great going DS Max

Overall experience with DS Max group is good. All the staff members are very co-operative all the time.

I'm one of the residents from DS MAX Stonehill. They are providing pathetic service. They have charged 3rs/sqft by fooling customers and not providing proper maintenance facility. In fact the get untrained security guards who are not aware of their daily duties. The management does not respond to the calls. They're least bothered about customers. All they're worried about is the money.

Great experience with DS Max and DS Max interior team. Special mention to the interior team "CHETAN" he was very helpful in getting things done in a very cooperative manner. Rahman , Neela and Sandhya were very helpful in completion and possession of the Flat.

Very nice builder and construction quality is very good. The maintenance in charge for my apartment (Mr. Mani in DS MAX SERENITY NEST Roopena Agrahara) is very helpful in all matters and is proactive in his support for general maintenance. I would surely recommend this builder for all prospective buyers.

DS-MAX is worst builder. They cheated people in many ways. 1) Construction quality is below than standard. 2) Parking area is very small, can not put a car like i20 also. they are providing car parking under sheet which is not legal and it is also deviation from legal document call sale deed. 3) DG : providing only for light, there is no DG connection for fan or any charging point which horrible. Suppose in mid night power gone then what is use of DG if fan is not there. Non sense planing. 4) Maintenance : i am not able to find any words to explain my pain here. I mean it pathetic condition of maintenance. No one there is to listen. FMC/CRM team is taking couple of weeks to just reply like "we will look into it soon" that's it there is no any action or result after that. They have 3 years maintenance charge in advance that to Rs. 3/- per sq ft which is higher than surrounding. STP is not maintaining properly which makes apartment like hell. 5) Marketing people: These guys are the main culprit of the whole story. They know only how to cheat customer or they had been trained like that by upper management of the DS-MAX.

Very bad experience with DS-MAS builder.

Pros: Project is in good location, handed over the project on time as committed.
Cons: Still they need to improve in their quality and service.

I stay in DS max silver oak apartment very good location flats at very reasonable price Amenities are maintained well by FMC Manager Ranganath and his team CRM always approachable happy to stay in DS max projects

Interiors are not good and no proper planning ,they waste a lot of place

14Nov2019: Initially we had some troubles with the maintenance that DS MAX team was providing, but now engineer available at site DS MAX Silver Oak ensures that the every item is attended and confirms that flat owners are happy with the resolution. A big relief for the inmates.

Not good they will collect money before start project

Most Irresponsible staffing and one of the most pathetic builder in Bangalore, never go for this builder thinking that you will get it for less price , do not waste your hard earned money. None of the amenities or facilities are today functional in our Appartment.

DSMAX Construction company is one of the best builder and provided the best quality and durable projects.

DSMAX group has been constructing Good Apartments, Companies buildings and villas etc with good quality projects trusted by people.

The price of the plots are ok compared with other builders.

Ds Max sigma 001,i am staying here from last 2 years, it's a very good infrastructure and maintains manager Mani doing good, attending issues very quickly, amenites and swimming pool nice... Security and He staff are behavior with customers good...

Good response from CRM Team & poccession Team on handing over flat. Modification & informing loan status needs a lot of improvement.

I am staying in spark nest ,facing crack ,seepage and end number of issues.

I am s.karthik, stays in D.S.Max, gollahalli Main road e.city stays in flat B block 014 since December, 2018. What I observe during this period, premises neatness is maintained, security is quite cordial with helping nature. Your Manager Mani is quite good and take quick action on our problems. Happy to stay in D.S.Max gated community.

Da max interior department doing great job.Quality wok and ontime completion. Good customer handling.very happy with their job.keep on doing the good work.

I am very satisfied with DSMax Savera Apartments. Almost 3 sides of each apartments have independent walls. It is nicely located and easy to give land marks.

Swimming pool is added feature. Children play ground is pretty good. Gym is yet to come. Spacious rooms and awesome balconies are huge attractions. Neighbours are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff barring few are very cooperative. Needed to improve on this count. I have no regrets in purchasing the apartments.

I have got a flat in DS Max Senorita. Good project especially for middle class. Especially Happy with the services and the FMC Manager Mr. Sunder is friendly and attends to our issues on time and resolves it. Good parking spaces also.

I had WORST experienced with DS MAS Sangam property in Kadugodi Whitefield. I have booked the flat and given the post dated check based on discussion. When i went next weekend they simply told the price is increased now. They could not proceed with previous price . Seriously !!!!!
I told , i have booking slip and based on discussion only, i have given the check , They are not accepting and told , If you can take only the increased price.

WORST EXPERIENCED !!!

U may consider their flats as reasonable/affordable.. but beware once u are in their fold they will extort money(x times) in interior and other works. Actually DS Max is like a leech and you should not expose them to your hard earned money.

Mygate service is good and user friendly. Incharge engineer Ranganath kashyap is very good & nice person. To handling the issues very well manner and timely delivered the works.
