Have been in Bangalore for quite a few years now and stayed in various rented house. However, being associated with DS Max has So far been the Best experience. They are very professional and quick to response on any problem you might face while staying at their property. There properties are well located and connected. Have been associated with them for more than 4years and have no complains.

Hi I am Narayanappa B M from DS-Max Sandalwood flat no. 322. Today I just want to share my personal opinion from this company and the it's staff. Firstly i thank DS Max properties for giving my wonderful house within my budget and very friendly society, and family in Ds max sandalwood.
The really appreciate the staffs, the service, customer support and mainly the hospitality what they provide to their customers. Actually not customer, DS Max call them their family . Investing here was my life's best step which I have taken and I'm really glad to share my memories with u all.
Last but not the least, Providing Homes to many in their budget, seeing the cost of living nowdays, is a very great thing. Kindly keep doing the same and oblige us all. We are together.

Worst customer service and cheap quality of constructions

Buying flat with DS- Max , a very much worthed for investment, affordable and well planned, very sincere service by the team, definitely happy to refer to friends and relatives.

DsMax is one of the best builder interms of providing facilities and quality in low budget. They fulfill the dream of all middle class families like me. M also very happy with super wiser they work at site. They respond immediately.

Few months ago, I booked a flat @ DS-MAX Sky Classic Apts & my experience so far has been good. The construction is happening at a swift pace & that makes me hopeful of a timely handover.

Would like to put in a special word for site-in-charge Mr. Manikuttan, who has always ensured that he helps customers in every way possible & be a good brand ambassador for DS-MAX :)

Maintenance is carried out systamatically since last four years under the expert supervision of Mr Samantha. Complaints are resolved immediately . Can refer to other parties for purchasing flats

All the services done by the maintenance team is good , keep up the good work.

Employee in this office. Not communicate properly and gives wrong information.

Have a luxury flat in affordable price in Bangalore. Can compromise in price but not in quality.

Illusion that you get affordable place, but what you miss out on few lakhs is huge. No OC provided, illegal pent houses. High mtce charges. Many deviations from approved plans, No standard facility like intercom or CCTV.
Only + point: mtce support is good.

I purchased a flat at Ds Max Silverwood which is very near to the upcoming metro station at bommasandra. Very good accessibility to Dmart, schools, church, bus stop, railway station etc. Most of employee from Ds Max, especially Mr. Manikuttan guided and helped me a lot to get our dream home in bangalore within our budget. FMC department is getting better now a days due to new facility manager, Mr Ranganath. Wishing best to entire Ds Max team.

We had our ups & downs with DSMAX from the day of our flat registration, but finally they delivered whatever was promised. With Pandemic affecting both sides, Dsmax held their promise of providing us pocession of our flat. We would like to thank Sandhya from CRM team & Site level staff to assist us during difficult times and also during the pocession of our flat.

I have had a bad experience at DS MAX SISTA, after possession the builder does not provide any response and customer is taken for granted. They collected 3years advance maintenance and it's a new building and all of us are facing seepage issues in 3rd floor, upon highlighting permanent actions not taken and there are lot of other quality concern which management does not bother to hear and get resolved. Example photos below for reference, did not expect so many quality concerns for new property that I brought with them. Still we all owners are following up with them it's been a year now to get our issues sorted. POOR QUALITY OF WORK BY THEIR ENGINEERS.

Friendly staff...but apartment can be a bit more planned

Very bad experience with interior work of my house after paying advance.More projects and operating with less manpower unable to complete interior even after 4 months.Dont buy flat from DS max and worst senario is interior work .They will not issue NOC and many project people are fighting at their office .only advertsement is attraction but result is bad and worst experience .I request dont buy flat from DS Max by god shake in your life time.

Eight months over still interior work not completed.No one is answering after visited banaswadi hbr office 6 times.No use and very poor quality management staff in the office.Last 8 months false promise , commitment , value and time.I was very highly dissapointed .

1 year completion after agreement
3 years no completion now.
45days interior work commitment
But 8 months over still 20 percent work completion only after paying 50k advance on feb20.Full payment paid for the apartment .

Final conclsion .

False promises, No execution ,No one will respond after taking money.

Over all very pathetic services from DS MAX PROPERTIES.

Any maintenance issue brought to the notice of FMC Manager (Shri Sundar) is resolved without delay and to full satisfaction. His rapport with customers is very good, and the quick action creates joy of living. Nice experience in DSMAX SPENDID project.

DSMAX have furnished my flat with awesome interiors, neatly executed with precision, aesthetic appeal and competitive pricing. Thanks to Shri Khubaib of their Interiors Dept, for his friendly and respected approach towards customers, with useful counselling and also for deep understanding of our imagination.

At DSMax Splendid Apartments, FMC Manager Shri Sundar is providing excellent quality service to residents without delay. While Corona fear is gripping everywhere, he is helping us to keep the premises very clean, free of mosquitoes and garbage. On call, despite restrictions on free movement, he is arranging for technicians without delay. Kudos.

I have been staying for the last 3 years and the service provided has been more than expectations.... Mr.Prasanna has always been approchable for any help... Mr.Samath who takes care of the property always is available or respective of the issue and ensures is available to help.

DS Max has also provided children's play area equipments when were damaged and also did not charge for it... They did the entire setup using brand new equipments

Happy with DSMAX on maintenance work.
I have noticed in the recent past the quality of work and time taken by the team to resolve the issue is highly appreciable.
All credit goes to Ranganathan, present engineer.
And wants ds Max to make him permanent to silver Oak project.
Only things pending is water meter for individual house(owner's responsible for additional services charges), this is one time investment so supress water consumption.
This is highly recommended in Bangalore and specially in silver Oak.

I am staying sunrise projected has a rented the Ds max properties are good quality of work and quality of people happy with staying the security,housekeeping and Manager Ashok well co operative and helping.

Good Choice in Limited Budget
i have booked a flat in DS maX. They will deliver it in 48 months.
The construction has been started in back side towers and they have constructed till 3-4 floors.
Very Happy with that.
They have completed many projects, some are under construction and they are planning to come up with new projects.
They have almost completed the work as promised.

Meet with the "DS MAX" ppl closely, you will know how humanly they are !! Other than a serious technical reason they don't make you feel uneasy at all. This is my observation. It's my immense pleasure to provide my feedback on DSMAX . I have purchased the flat 3 years back and occupied the flat in Dsmax Savera, Uttarahalli. Initially I had mixed opinion during the construction and finishing stage. Now, Im feeling good for my decision..
They have taken their sweet time to finish the works but I felt they are very determined to complete the work as per their plans..
Overall experience is good ..

If you want to live good and peaceful life then be away from DS-MAX properties.
They will collect huge maintenance in advance but they don't even provide basic amenities.If you try reaching their team through mails they don't even bother to reply for mails and if you meet them personally they will act as if they are so obedient and solve our issues, they are the best cheaters I have ever seen.

Extreamly bad experience.... I guess i had made biggest mistake of my life going with DS MAX ... all fake commitments no respect to customers money and time ... never refer my friends to go for DS MAX ..

There after sales service is too bad. There is a noisy motor running in the property DS max signature for 8 hrs and Even after repeated complaints to CRM and even on twitter to sound proof it. This guys are thick skin they don't care after selling the house. Avoid making the mistake it is causing health issues to me and nobody cares even after talking to the Customer relations manager on phone.

This place is not their office. It is just their property located in that place.

Despite all the hiccups we faced (continue to face) one redeeming feature is Sri Ranganath the new facility manager assigned to us. He has been extremely courteous, prompt and most importantly effective. Thanks a lot and keep up the great work. I upgraded the rating only because of this gentleman (it was one star based on the other experiences especially carpentry, electricals etc).

Construction quality far from satisfactory and Occupancy policies of builder reg. necessary documents leave much to be desired. , Mr. Ranganath , FMC in-charge, however does a great job with prompt, response and resolved
most of the issues ( Amenities) ,Expecting his good service even in future . I am so Happy .

DS Max builders are the one in the same list as fraudsters. Here are there tricks.

1. Show you a plan of x floors and once you sign the agreement post 3 to 4 months into the construction you would see additional illegal floors. They would say its being sanctioned soon .

2. They will not allow you to do your own interiors and this will only come in the end after handover. Their interior team will charge you heavy and do an awful job.

3. The size of the apartment will reduce than what is shown in your plan.

4. The deliver time will be delayed (as expected by any builder)

5. Lot of additional charges towards the end will be asked.

6. Post sales, no one will even turn to you for any help.

7. Quality will be very bad. I had water leakage on all walls in the bathrooms post delivery of the apartment.

Reviews you will see any place has been brought and its completely false

The apartment is cost effective and with all the necessary amenities. The maintainence is excellent with the security surveillance is good. The gym, swimming pool and the play area well planned and appropriate. Happy to be a part of the DS MAX family

I have purchased a flat from DS MAX . Right from booking to registration it was hassle free . A very professional and dedicated team . I had to approach them specially for my interiors , and was introduced to Mr. Kubaib from the interiors team . A thorough professional and a dynamic chap who knows his craft well. Whatever the problem was w.r.t the interiors , he always had the solution ready almost immediately ,be it the budgeting or the designs. It was always a " YES , can do " attitude.
