It has been very good and satisfying experience with ds max properties and we have been here for while mgmt is very prompt and update

If you would like to mess with ur peace then DSMAX.... This is not the issue only with me, several apartments in this building are the same.

I am the owner of DSMAX SPARKNEST 119. When you decide you want to buy a flat in an unethical organisation, you are in the right place. Starting from the CRM end team to the management no one would bother to reply anything after your money is collected. For any issues after registration, you cannot call outsider as per the policy and the DSMAX own mechanical team or plumber or even facility team no one will be ready to close the issue. They try to hide things which can be escalated(oh sorry they wont even share the escalation matrix for the organisation), its difficult to find the person who can be loyal to customer. Attached are all my issues after possession. There is no one in the organisation ready to clear the issues instead of just telling "it will be done tomorrow verbally"(no commitments will be seen in the email. even for basic things like water logging in the bathroom, there will be no support provided for months. I am waiting for that tomorrow:-(. Below email attachment snip shows how many people I have contacted and the one line copy- Paste reply from them:-(

> Seepage and cracks, repainting, they attempted many times. But nothing is getting resolved. seapage comes again and again and smells badly due to wetness.
> Improper design/slope of the bathroom tiles(attached photo), They try to fix one side, the other side has some other issue in the tiles.
> Utility door issue/grill, repainting
> Leaking from the diverter/mixer in the bathroom. Water drips for hours after the usage of showers
> Broken valve of Bathroom.(done by DSMAX plumber)
Car parking spot, where are you cant park the car comfortably.

Very pleased with the process in place at DS Max. It along with the people are buyer friendly and will help you throughout the process. Right from helping in selecting the right flat to the loan process, the process was very smooth. I am residing at ds max Spencer and we have extended the maintenance contract to ds max after completion of 3 years. Needless to say, I'm quite happy with my experience. Overall work done is satisfactory and support I got during possession from Sandhya in Possession department was very good. All formalities they supported and finished without any hassles.

Booked flat at Abbigere. Had a tough time with interiors completion. However, with the help of sandhya i could able to get the updates and work done at the earliest. She has followed up with all cross functional teams and shown great commitment in getting the work completed. Thank you.

DS max or DS max Sprinkles very irresponsible builder pathetic, despite of reminders they don't even bother to respond on maintenance to society, Residents r forced to stay in hell like condition. Very much vulnerable to Dengue & other unhygienic impact to kids.

I am ex employee of this company. They are not good supporting and they are making partiality for languages. They won't give opportunity for talent.

Recently purchased 2 BHK flat in DS-MAX SKYCLASSIC. We choose this apartment because of its location specialty and wide range of amenities. Mr. Mani Kutan who is the property Manager from DS-MAX has helped us a lot in pre-sales & post sales activates. Sudhir Kumar from CRM team was very helpful in processing house loan & other process.

We are glad with the kind of build material and progress of the apartment shaping up from past one year. Hoping as per promise we will get handover before or by 2022.

Preventive maintenance is done by the FMC team today. They have completed all the internal complaints. Thanks to FMC team and Facility Manager Mohan Babu.

Good service good modern design from sharan as compared to other departments

I recently purchased a flat in Skyscape, I'd highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to Buy or Rent a 3BHK Flat. DS max taken complete responsibility to maintain apartment for the1st three yrs.The whole team works in sync. At present Lockdown period also CRM team is working wonderful in leadership of facility Manager Mr Animesh for maintaining and up-Keeping of apartment facilities

I had 1st round interview with DS-Max it was very wounderful experience with DS-Max and their Team. The Interviwer understand the needs of candidate for which they are looking for and expectation.This is great place to find a dream job of yours, even where i found mine. they behaved very well and their attitude towards me was very courteous.now waiting for a 2nd round call. i have no clue whether i gonna to selected and join here but i highly recommended this reputed company in Property sectors. i'm sure will write again if i get the offer letter. OVERALL SATISFIED

Maintenance service is pathetic.. Though they had collected advance maintenance cost for 3 years, nothing they are providing.

Happy with the possession of a flat in DS Max Skyscape.It is very spacious and design wise very unique.Professional Services.

Service and co ordination with your team is good and satisfactory.

I brought 2bhk flat in DS MAX STARRY, initially was facing lot of issues in modification and was very much frustrated.

But later came in Hema ( Modification Team) and Vinodh (Site In-charge) and took up complete responsibility and handed over the flat on time. I am really thankful to both of them and expect the same support from other team as well especially modification team.

Now I am also one of the satisfied customers of DS MAX.

My rating is only for these two people Hema and Vinodh.

They are affordable flats. But not so great when it comes to attention. I was not able to get the possession of the flat on time and it ws delaying with out any proper reason, however Karthik from Ds max was very approachable and made sure that my concern is been taken care. He ws very helpful and addressed my issues. I wish there more people in ds max who work like Karthik. Thank you so much Karthik.
