Good house keeping.
Maintenance services is quite good.
Prompt services by Mr Manikantan site enginer in addressing all request and queries raised by residents.
Security services in general is good.

Overall good service by executives and the apartment Sparkle Nest ambience is really good.

The team DS Max completed the interior work for our flat in Sparknest. The team deserves sincere thanks to Fawad ( Manager) and Ganesh ( Designer) and Prabhu for implementation of our ideas and making our home elegantly beautiful and keeping the process hassle free for us. Kudos to the entire team.

Very bad experience no aupport after purchase of property.

I very much like the commitment of DS MAX Chairman, I have bought Flat in one of their project i.e. Swiss Castle located in Bangalore.. Even I faced many challenges with their staff, espically their modification team but when I bought the issues to the attention of top Management things were adresseda... Mr Satish Reddy leading this organization is great help for the customers, he is the reason we still trust DS MAX, it's very difficult to meet him personally but u can connect him through WhatsApp, email & he will ensure ur concerns gets addressed.. This is the reason I'm giving them 4 rating, of courses they still have scope for improvement @ ground level & I'm sure in d days to come they will improve on these areas... I still need to receive OC from DS MAX, however all our flat members have decided to meet their management & claim this document...

Purchased flat is Sista project in uttarahalli. Good quality but not good support

Recentally I have booked flat with DsMax slyclassic.Till now my experience(booking+loan process) is very nice. Especially Manikuttan is very reachable and helpful in clearing doubt. Shivani and shivkumar is also very helpful from CRM team. I am happy with the built material and progress. Hoping as per promise I will get handover before or in 2022.

I brought flat in DS max Savvy at Anjanapura there service and support fantastic

On the whole, the experience is turning to be positive now. Most importantly, I must mention about Mr Ranganath, who is always very polite and is available in the site. Under his supervision, the maintenance is happening and meets the expectation.

Very very unprofessional people. They never stick to there words. Force you to do interiors from them. Never complete work on time. No coordination between office people and site peolpe. Had very very bad experience getting my house finished..I am now paying both rent and EMI because of these careless team and care a damn attitude..think 100 times before buying a flat here.

I have a very quick responses from DX Max team about my questions and doubts about the property and work going. So, overall my experience was very good with DX Max Family
specially Shivani, Manjula, Sandya and the entire team.

Please dont buy DS Max. Its part of their agreement that you can't use any outside vendors for interior design, wood work, plumbing work etc. You have to use only their own services which is too expensive and they will suck your blood. This is their side business. Dirty business they are doing... Please never go DSMax dear. They don't respond after registration even....They are making me cry.... :(

I'm quite happy with DS Max, the reasons are

1. Delivered flat 6 months before the actual deadline (Generally there'll be additional 6 months they can take for unforseen delays..If I include that they gave me my flat one year in advance)
2. Though initially i had some differences with the CRM team, but later they really responded well for all my modification requests, different requests related to the block work, lifts, amenties etc and delivered before time
3. Site Engineers responded very well and resolved all the requests/issues brought to their notice
4. Maintenance of amenities like swimming pool, children park, open gym etc. Quite good
5. Security services in general is good
6. Maintenance services so far so good

In general, my experience with DS Max is good so far and I wish it continues

Good thing about Saanjh is that the Facility Manager Manikanta is very good a nd cooperative person.

Have good projects under their belt.
Update: Their interior and modification team will not value your time or money.
CRM does not respond,mostly.
They donnot have the courtesy to pick up the calls also.

I am a owner at DS Max Silverwood. The initial process till occupying the Flat was a very tough one..with lot of issues and delay in completion.

But on the positive side, the apartment construction is done with good ventilation from all sides, enough space provided in the corridors and common area which are pretty spacious.

The maintenance has been on the favourable side. Especially Mr. Ranganath, the incharge for our project maintenance has been very co operative and has been very responsible specially during this Covid times ensuring all the routine activities are not hampered.

My rating is specially for the regular maintenance and the person handling it.

Our fmc manager is responsibilty person. He always solved our problems. and heard worker

I recently buy a flat in Bangalore. I am looking flat for my son because he will shift to Bangalore soon ,so I make sure everthing will be perfect and he easily adjust here.Thanks to Dsmax properties for such a affordable and beautiful flat. I thought that would be a tough task to buy a new flat in new place,but no. I feel good and excited to watch my son in new flat.

Generally People says think before any work or any decision. But no need to think any thing about DS Max, it is a worst company. If you are thinking means again you are wasting your time. So blindly avoid this company.

I worked for 10 days in a company called Ds max.properties pvt ltd They have removed me from the job for a small mistake which I have done. When I refused they told me that u have already signed in the resignation letter which we taken during the time of appointment. So people r cheating the employees fr small issue and they also threatened me showing the corona situation. Friends before joining the company make sure the norms r clear because I have done a mistake of not doing that... Thank u

DS-MAX maintenance is good in our Sparkle Nest apartment. Common areas, swimming pools, gym, party hall and basements are kept cleanly. STP facility is maintained properly. They are starting wet garbage management inside the building premises as per BBMP instructions. Garden plants are fed with water every day. So we are proud that our apartment is one more step towards cleaner Bangalore.

I am very happy with ds max team, maintenance team is very cooperative

Everything is good, maintenance, cleaning, staff person behaviour everything is good. FMC manager Mr . Sundar doing well and taken the actions immediately.

Does not care about existing customers, don't reply to emails as well. Never recommend to any one.

Overall having a good experience,DS Max FMC team is very responsive, any issues quickly attended and immediate action taken by project manager Mr.Ranganath.

Customer friendly, cost effective houses are being delivered. Even though I had a tough time buying a flat, the staff cooperated well. Overall a good experience with the organisation. I would recommend this property to all the first time buyers who have a vision to make their own living place.

FMC Services of DS Max Spencer is excellent, maintenance staff is doing good service. DS Max is a one of the best builders in our country.

When I came first time to the project we liked it so much because of the open space, good ventilation, calm surroundings and better amenities. We booked the flat on the same day and we had a good support from the DS Max teams. Every project comes with some negative feedback like delay in work, no shop near by handing over the flat on time. But this common when you buy flat in any of the project.
The only suggestion to DS Max from my end will be to have a proper communication channel so that the customer is aware of the delay and the work progress.
I wish DS Max all the best for all there future projects.

Initially they will tell you low cost for the apartment, letter after booking the flat, so many hidden charges, like cauvery water charges 75000/-. Registration bribes 30000/-. And inside the flat all plumbing materials are second hand, even in common area materials like CCTV'S and other materials are second hand and quality of materials are very worst.
Before occupation they will use the electricity and after occupancy they ask you to pay for that.
Before purchasing the flat they will assure you CCTV, intercom, etc. But after purchasing all are chargeable bases.
All together if add the cost will be very high.
Please don't purchase in DSMAX.
I made big mistake by purchasing flat in DSMAX.

Good in customer support. But need to improve in modification n interior team. Engineer will not respond properly when we call. Suggest to open a new branch office in South Bangalore which helps to communicate easily.

Good access near to Electronics City phase 1, minimum amenities available for a family and kids ..

Ds max team is friendly . Good construction and quality. They will give flats with less price compare to market prices

Best property for the offer they make. Though their may be a slight hindrance initially about the construction quality and things, always a better bet to own a property.

Few of the team mates are very responsive and committed for their words. To name them Sandhya and Satish, CRM team, Naveen modification team,and Kumar and Yathi site incharge and the list goes on.
