Thanks for DS MAX properties and Mr Sathish sir chairman for giving us the opportunity to buy home in DS Max,it was a wonderful experience and thanks for the all the staff. Thanks for Mr Subhash and Sandya.

Dsmax max is the best builder in India and I think they have constructed properties with joy & love. I booked a flat with DSMax and I really liked their service. They explained the details very well and did a site visit as well. Floor plan and other information was given correctly. Booking and agreement process was simple. Possession and registration was really simple as well. Overall I would recomment DSMAX for the property purchase. After posession I had a small issue, but CRM & FMC team took it very seriously and fixed the problem. The on site FMC team is very good and very helpful, especially Mr. Mohan Babu who helps in problems we are facing on site. Happy being in DSMAX family and I am sure this will last for long time.

All together as a market and project analyser this project seems to be worth the floor plans r great and the builders are reputed and offers amenities such as, multi purpose hall, club house, jogging track, basket ball court, swimming pool, gym, playground etc. DS MAX provides affordable flats with all facilities. CRM team wr really helpful special thanks to Miss Hema, she is really helpful to us. And also thanks to Mr. Sudhir and Mr. Shivaputra for helping out with loan and registration on time . Thanks to their support we are able to book our dream home. Kudos for ds-max Team.

We have booked a flat in DS max sky classic.price is reasonable compared to other projects in EC -1. I would like to appreciate Mr.Manikuttan who is very friendly, approachable and very kindful in giving the information and addressing the queries..he makes sure that the customer is happy with his service given.

Hello i am staying rent at ds max Springfield 101 the fmc team doing good job, security house keeping swimming pool everything is good and fmc Mr Ashok talking very smooth and attend on time close the complaints.

It was an amazing experience with DS Max im from Starline -425, Modification team, qc team and Possession team.

Very helpful, supportive, generous staffs. Special mention to CRM team (Shivani Kumar). Got my questions answered everytime and any point of time. Needless to say about the staffs who have helped me indirectly (Ajay and Kiran). I look forward to continuing this relationship and suggesting my friends about DS-MAX properties pvt. ltd. I think the one thing that I would like to see to improve is that they surely need to work on their after sale services.

Ds max is the best in the city. They have some amazing projects and moreover the way they treat their customers is extraordinary.

I visited the site of dsmax propertries for site view and check out the flat ,i found the flats really impressive and the construction speed is also good. staff members were very polite and humble. They give me a brief about property, payment plan and about possession. Everything too clear and good. I like the property as well as I found the deal is trustworthy.

I, have taken possession in dsmax sista, during this period, follow up and work was great from sandhya and hema, they have taken every step under priority basis, I personally feel they are the asset of the ds max company, keep rocking with your work, good job

I am resident of Project Sista, we have Mr. Sundar who is our facility Manager ( FMC) who is very experienced person. Really glad to have Mr. Sundar who is always reachable to our concerns and solving the issues. Because of his co ordination with his team all the day to day works happening without any issues. Appreciate his updates which he will be sharing via whatsapp. Now we are confident, any issues of Sista will be resolved by our FMC manager Mr. Sundar.

What ever I posted regarding Mr. Sundar who is our fecility manager was proved wrong, Initially he was good at response and reaching on time and getting the issues resolved, but now the things have become worse and pathetic. Every day we are posting number of issues of our flats but he does nothing. Its really irritating to see numbers of issues on whatsapp group every day and from many flats. Really frustrating to follow up every day after paying hefty MAINTENANCE.Don't know whom to blame. BLAME OURSELVES.!!!!!!

I have bought a flat in Starry project, it's really value for money. I have never felt any uncomfortable feeling from booking till handover. I have seen many negative reviews from there customers saying post handover they're facing problems, hope this will not happen to me or others in future.

I own 3 flats at DS Max Swiss Castle, it's a premium project and the Facility Manager Mr Deepak is pretty helpful and gets the required maintainence activities completed on time and is of great help whenever there are any problems and resolves them diligently.

On Hennur main road, is this popular builders office.

Though it delayed a bit to get my apartment, i am pretty happy with the quality of construction and maintenance.

DS max signature Apartments are nicely built in Devinagar area with affordable price range, Only parking space is little less compare to other projects.

House keeping staff are so co-operative. Festivals are celebrated with great enthu as a family. FMC team appointed maintenece manager is very responsive & use to follow up with the activities assigned to him. Good work..!!

My incentive is pending From Ds Max. Nearly 50k.its more then one Year, For Ds Max 50k is nothing, They construct 50cr buliding. For me 50k is Big. Seniors are cheater there. Ex staff.

Please beware before buying property at DS Max. Pathetic after sales service. Had different opinion before booking. Read all the terms and conditions before signing any agreement/document. The flat blocking form will be having one amount(corpus fund, car parking, maintenance) and agreement will be having another amount. Interior must be done by DS Max only. One month work they take more than 3 months. Rates are very high compared to market rate. Not delivered and the promised date. People buying flats on the top floor make sure water proofing is done. Also cracks issue on the walls. Lot of water seepage issue. Door panels, frames, window grills are not perfectly fit. Finishing is not good. Bluff masters!

Bought a flat in their Starry project. It's too early to comment on liveable factor since I'm yet to move in and experience the flat and interior work done by them and most importantly the society.
I'd like to thank Mr. Vinod at site for doing a commendable job. He maintains a professional behaviour and yet makes sure to help out customers as much as possible by him. He made sure that the flat is completely ready for possession from his side. He followed up for all the work that can be done by him and made sure I had to make minimal calls for those works. Thank you Vinod for the support.

Absolutely great experience when I bought a property from DS MAX. Everything was good, from electrical, plumbing, interiors. Speaking of interior, great ideas were forthcoming from Monika Gupta. She was a pleasure, what with her new ideas and an eye for those small details. Thank you DS MAX and Monika Gupta.

I have taken 2 flats in DS-MAX sigma/Sigma Nest project. Last 3 years i am still in said property. The site looks pretty decent and in a good location. The site in charge Mr Manikantan is very nice person addressing all request and queries raised by residents.
My personal experience with him is great and he is good human being to work with.

They are not doing pending works after 2 years of possession. During sales and till possession they were excellent to take complete payment.

Now their Facility manager is telling "I unable to do till I will get instruction from office".

Let me inform you self is employed one number one property management company working under the projects division. Had taken a flat in Hormavau and reviewing the construction from the day one. Let me inform very clear the quality is very very poor. as per the commitment during the sale it is not handed over in time. Room sizes are not as per the commitment. There is no co-ordination between neither the civil nor the electrical and plumbing team.

Third class Company, staffs are harassed everyday by Senior Management. Working hours are 10 hours. No National Holidays, No festival holidays, in fact no holidays for 6 months after which same continue for 1 year. If in between leave taken salary is deducted. If Questioned then employee isvtsrgetted fir termination. CAO, Chief Architect , HR, Construction Admin are dominating & Harassing the Staff without allowing anyone to talk openly. Not a democratic organization, but ultimate monopoly by these four people. Owner is one useless person who tells staff to forget their family and work for Company 24 hours. He even says to spend for the company from employees pockets. Every 3 months they terminate employees, old employees are bucket of these four people. Hence they are retained even though they don't Perform. Lot of financial kickbacks and scams are done within these four People which is not known to MD or Other directors. Many of my friends had a real bitter experience in this company. Neither suited for seniors nor for juniors. Only Tamilians are recruited and continued by Construction Admin. Remaining people are especially kannad people terminated by them on regular basis. Hopeless and horrible working environment.
