I have been a Drukwerkdeal customer for almost 3 years now and it was time for a review. I usually order posters and flyers and sometimes with time pressure. Is it always going well? No, not that, but very often. The times it didn't go well it was resolved fairly quickly. There has been 1 major problem with multiple errors made by Drukwerkdeal, where I had to take care of the solution myself. Within a few days Drukwerkdeal indicated to have made the mistakes and they have compensated me sufficiently. They didn't let me down. With my previous printer, not everything went well and certainly if you place multiple orders per month, things can sometimes go wrong. As far as I am concerned they have earned the 4 stars!

For 5 years I have been ordering almost every month for hundreds of euros from this printer, but recently they have been difficult to reach, it could be due to corona, but a proactive attitude is also possible. There are bugs in the site and, after you have submitted files well in advance, they reject files one day before delivery, so you miss deadlines. Apparently this is my problem. The project (intended for children) is partly in the water, but print deal responds too late to emails or not in the online chat.

I had called 25-1 on Thursday to order 2,000 flyers. Unfortunately I was answered unfriendly on the phone twice. With a snap of "You can find that for yourself on the site", I was very disappointed. The customer service, including the manager herself, made this business dead. We had to make a large print for an upcoming event. Their website promised us a good price with quick turnaround. We sent our file directly to them via email, as they requested, to confirm everything was ok. After confirmation we placed the order. However the order was not delivered. So we contacted them the next day after we expected the order. Suddenly we started hearing something like "problem with the file, but don't know what", "we don't know about who you spoke before and said it was alright", "we need someone to look at your file", but "we have a backlog". We asked them why they did not contact us for any of those? Nothing.. Instead they asked "what you want us to do?". We answered "to deliver today". Manager "it's not possible". We: "what is possible?" Manager: "we can ask someone to look at you file" We "how long ?" Manager "We don't know, we have a backlog" We "But..." Manager hang up.
They screwed us.
Very poor communication, emails are simply not answered, long queues by phone and no clear answers to questions. Our order was canceled due to the switch from Drukwerkdeal.nl to a new website (already 2 weeks ago), but unfortunately agreements about repayment cannot be fulfilled. If you want smooth and good support with your print work, it is better to work with another party.

The man and woman we spoke to about the brochure was completely unhappy. We were referred to the site all the time. And I could "find it there". Totally not wanting to help, in short we went to someone else.

Been ordering here for years. Nice quality for a decent price. You always really get to know a company when something goes wrong. I made a mistake when ordering window stickers. These had accidentally become completely transparent. The white was converted to transparent, although this was (albeit a bit hidden) on the website. After contacting the helpdesk discovered what the error was and this was more than resolved by sending a new product free of charge. Very nice! Thanks.
Yesterday evening at 16:30 ordered a double-sided banner with rings every 30 cm, the next day (today / morning 10:30) contacted by telephone with the question the rings can only be placed in the corners and this was no longer possible. It is a shame that they do not think along with the cloths being delivered on 31-05-2018, strange that they can print cloths on both sides within 210 minutes on both sides, provided with rings, but keep a delivery date of 31-05-2018.

Have used them on several occasions. Ordered t-shirts, flyers, postcards, and business cards. All have turned out great and a couple orders arrived ahead of schedule. Used their customer service for my t-shirt order. They responded within the typical Dutch response time. So if you're used to that, no problem. If you're not, be patient, things work a little slower here.

I receive an email back on Monday morning just before 9:00 am that the order has already been printed and that I can whistle for my money. What do you mean "100% satisfied" ?? I sent an email back with my dismay, then I quickly received an email back saying that she would like to post a reprint out of courtesy. That's fine of course! Tip for the next time: do that immediately. Then I would have been a very satisfied customer!
