We needed new brochures for our new webshop. When we got stuck on the site and called the customer service of DrukwerkDeal, I was ordered from the poor service.
The man and woman we spoke to about the brochure was completely unhappy. We were referred to the site all the time. And I could "find it there". Totally not wanting to help, in short we went to someone else.
TIP: Treat your customers well, and take their questions seriously. Not everyone is in the busy world. Now that we are entering into a partnership with all our customers who have a webshop with folder distribution, you are a poorer customer.
