I had a short deadline, and then I had selected the printer and the product because they indicated that they could deliver on time. Unfortunately, everything went wrong during production, so the brochures were ultimately delivered 3 days late! Actually exactly as you would expect under Murphy's law ...

With a lot of effort and a courier, I was able to get some of the brochures to their destination just in time. After reporting the complaint, I received apologies and the costs were credited. I think that's neat!
