After being loyal to DWD for a long time, we decided today to order our printed matter elsewhere. This week we had placed a large order. The delivery time therefore shifted due to miscommunication. Pity. No effort was made in any way to make it, even though we ordered printed matter for more than 10,000 euros and have already ordered large amounts of printed matter in the past. Strange state of affairs.
