This weekend I uploaded the wrong file, luckily I saw it quickly. But the website did not allow me to edit it. No chat was available, phone was closed. So I quickly sent an email. I receive an email back on Monday morning just before 9:00 am that the order has already been printed and that I can whistle for my money. What do you mean "100% satisfied" ?? I sent an email back with my dismay, then I quickly received an email back saying that she would like to post a reprint out of courtesy. That's fine of course! Tip for the next time: do that immediately. Then I would have been a very satisfied customer!
