Tremaine, Trey, and Christie,

My wife and I, wanted to provide feedback on our recent experience. Please pass this further up the chain.

The experience that all of you provided was nothing less than phenomenal! Tremaine was our Client Experience contact and was extremely professional, positive, and patient with us as we looked at several cars. As I understand it, Tremaine is new and I know he will do exceptionally well! Trey was another employee that we encountered, and I understand it he is a trainer for the company. While we were not his prospects, he treated us as if we were. He also provided an exceptional experience, which included taking one of the cars on a test drive with us. He also engaged our children in a great conversation, while providing tons of wisdom. Additionally, while waiting for Tremaine to bring us some information, Christie proactively introduced herself to us. She also looked into some of our questions and offered her assistance in the future.

While we didn't purchase a car this time around, I was sincerely impressed with our experience and will definitely be back next year as I have another lease that will expire soon.

Tremaine, Tray, and Christie thank you all for providing us with such a world class experience! As a long time sales and service manager, along with my wife being an etiquette consultant, we can easily recognize excellent, average, and poor service experiences. Yours was truly top notch!
