WOW....I simply called the Grand Prairie location...
WOW....I simply called the Grand Prairie location to see if a vehicle was still sitting on the lot before I drove over an hour to look at it with plans to purchase. Lisa answered the phone and abruptly put me on hold. JC then answered was an absolute jerk. He refused to look the car up and asked if I was married to it. I stated yes, because I ve been researching vehicles for several months for some particulars that are specific to this one I found. He stated then it would be there. I asked if I could give him the stock number to look it up and he said oh you have to do this 90% something or another and pay $500. I stated I had no problem doing that after I looked at the car, which I just wanted to know if was on his lot specifically. He got extremely rude with me and stated, you re not married to it and we have plenty on our lot and we don t hold cars. . I wasn t asking him to hold a vehicle, just confirm before I wasted my time. I finally said forget it....If others choose to do business with people that rude just know there are WAY BETTER PLACES WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. (My husband happened to be on 3-way and said oh hell no we aren t being treated this way...and he s in the car world) SO...Mr JC...you just lost 3 sales because we had 3 vehicles to buy today but the only specific one to confirm was mine. I hope management gives you some training for your actions or fires you for making their business look bad.
