I was very disappointed by the lack of integrity with DriverSelect for two reasons.

1. They do not allow any outside financing, which is not uncommon, but is still very controlling. I did my own research for the best interest rate and went to the dealership pre-approved for an excellent interest rate at a local credit union. I prefer to make my own choices about financing, but they would have none of that. I was required to use their finance companies at a higher interest rate, and then I could refinance with my preferred finance company if I wanted my better pre-approved rate. This seems like a hidden agenda. Maybe DriverSelect is more of a finance company than a car dealership. I want to know who I'm actually doing business with. Are they a car dealership or a finance company? It's not clear.

2. I went to DriverSelect to test drive a vehicle which was advertised at a very good price and with impressively low miles, but they could not find the car anywhere on the lot or elsewhere. They asked if I wanted to see a different car, but nothing else compared as well to the good deal I went in to get. I would have gladly purchased the vehicle if they had found it. I think this was a classic case of "Bait & Switch." They get you into their dealership for what you think is an awesome good deal, then they try to sell you something more expensive. This practice is very dishonest and manipulative.
This same vehicle is still being advertised. It's the very popular 2018 Rav4 LE with only 15,300 miles on it. A week later, I got emails that the price dropped from $18,689 to $18,449. However, I don't think they have this car, otherwise it would have sold by now. They are persisting with this "Bait & Switch."
This is my personal opinion based on my experience. Decide for yourself. You've been warned.

Consider yourself warned. If you go to DriverSelect, don't be surprised if you end up spending more money than you had planned to spend.
