I've purchased two vehicles from them, and the actual process, price and quality of cars are just fine, it's the follow-up that's horrendous. I've been trying for over 4 months to get the forms I need for a totalled vehicle. I've called and left messages, nothing. I've emailed, finally got a reply, told it's through accounting, but I couldn't reach out to them directly. They said they would pass info along and that's been well over a month and nothing. I had to reach out to a former salesperson to contact a manager for me and still nothing. If this is how they treat customers, I don't plan on purchasing any more vehicles from them.
