Fantastic hotel. Staff very friendly, great service. Very good for kids. Can't get closer to the theme park.
Only negative - they charge a fortune for Internet access. A 4 star hotel and they charge. Not very good.

We really had a great time.
Rooms where wonderful. They did us a great deal on our room and the park.
I need a disabled room and we have a eight year old boy so we had a interchanging room for him. We had double bed and my son a single.
Foods great, love the hotel, the park is a lovely size, not to big. I love it here, I recomend trying everything. Love the zoo.

Nice clean place but have only been as a social customer never stayed here so can't comment on accommodation
Good selection of wine and beer but bar price can be expensive as you would expect from a large pleasure park hotel also can be very busy as have a lot of weddings at weekends
But overall quite nice car park can be very busy and a bit confusing

I only went here for lunch but was very impressed at how modern and friendly it was. It isnt just for park users either as it sits outside the park gates and is a normal hotel serving the local area.

I expected a better stay for the cost the bed seemed to be 10 years old with the movement in the springs and constant roll into the middle but apparently they are not very old at all the staff were lovely very friendly and helpful

Great staff, food is excellent but be prepared to pay a bit above average. The only let down was lack of communication about park tickets (having to get each separate days from reception on each morning) and closing times on christmas eve. Would definitely stay again.

As only Thomas Land open, it's brilliant, just need to start ejecting people who insist on walking around smoking/vaping inside the theme park ignoring all signage, zero tolerance is what's required.

Stayed in a Thomas themed room which our 3 year old daughter loved. We had breakfast with the fat controller which was very nice. The room was very comfortable and decor nice. Will definitely come back.

We booked 2 interconnecting family rooms
For a visit as a family of 4 in April 2018. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and our 3 year old loved the Thomas and Friends engines near the lifts on every floor.

This is a lovely hotel, spotless and staff are very helpful. Perfect after a day round the park. The outdoors of the hotel is a beautiful woodland area great for the kiddies to enjoy, even more in the autumn with all the leaves (perfect picture moments)

Can't fault the place. Thought I'd hate it as I hate stuff like it but it changed my mind. Staff were excellent so was the room. Quiet even though there was 500000 small children crying everywhere. Breakfast was good. My toddler loved the Thomas stuff everywhere. The garden/playground was a winner. Will stay again.

Would have been five stars but the shower didn't work in our room when we arrived although i managed to fix it myself. Our room was clean the evening entertainment kept the children entertained and the breakfast was fine.

Haven't stayed at this hotel but I still wanted to rate it as I went to Drayton manor theme park the other day and I needed help as I came with the wowcher package to the theme park but I had a problem with tickets, I went to the hotel for some help, and I must staff were very friendly and helpful and they managed to get me my tickets. I would thank them as they have helped me a lot that day. I would definitely recommend as the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, I also thought the hotel looked nice however I haven't stayed over so I can't say anything about the room and service, but it's also so close to the the park.

The breakfast was awful or more to say it was in edible , bacon you could wear as a pair of flip flops, powdered egg tasteless and was grey n green , croissants that were hard and could use a hammer to hit nails in the wall with a bit harsh More

We recently had a wedding there and can honestly say it was the best day our our lives.
Every think was so perfect and the staff couldn't have been any more helpful, kind and happy to help.
Would highly recommend having your wedding there and the rooms were fantastic down to the last bit of detail.
Well done Drayton Mannor you get a MASSIVE thumbs up from me and look forward to visiting you again soon.

My partner and I have been bringing our 5yr old to Drayton Manors Thomasland now for around 3 years. We now have a 2yr old boy also who has become a Thomas nut aswell! This is the first time we have booked tickets with the hotel stay for one night. We have arrived home tonight all 4 of us and wish we were still there. We have had an amazing time. The theme park itself is perfect for our 2 boys and we have never been able to fault it. Obviously this time we have stayed in the hotel for the first time and didn't really know what to expect.

We arrived to a friendly welcome from the reception area and were given information on our room and a kids club which was due to start later that night at 6.30. Firstly, our family room was spotless. Extremely clean and tidy with everything we needed. Then we went for dinner at the 'grill inn' which again was brilliantly clean, friendly and welcoming. We had also been asked when booking our table whether it was for a special occasion. As it is our son was 2 that day and they said they would add a special something. When dessert was bought out a lovely ice cream pudding was brought over to us by 3 staff members singing Happy Birthday with candles and the words Happy Birthday Elliot 2 today' written around the plate with chocolate. Lovely touch. Then we headed back to the hotel for the kids club that until our arrival we hadn't even known about so that was an added bonus and kept our children occupied for another couple of hours where extremely friendly and happy people made us feel welcome and entertained.

Our night in the room was perfect and to top it off the added breakfast was also of high quality and set us up for the fun filled day ahead on the park. Thankyou to everyone who made our stay so special and for giving our 2year old a birthday to remember.

Very polite and friendly staff. Good food and 2 minutes to the theme park entrance. Drinks are a bit pricey. Rooms are very clean and spacious but way too expensive. Best to look for deals if planning to stop there.

Visited Thomas Land with my 6 and 2 year olds and stayed overnight in a Thomas themed bedroom. My 2 year old could get on most of the rides and the food and accomodation was excellent.

Very nice hotel. Room well laid out and equipped. Came for a works party and was a little disappointed with Christmas decorations. Far too many small children as you would expect here but the excited noise started at 7am and went on all day. If you've got kids this place is ideal otherwise best to avoid.

The hotel was well worth the money spent and would defenatly be back to stay again! The park however I would not pay to go again. Not much variety and the ques were far to long as such a small park. The main rides for smaller kids were closed which left us with even less choice.
