Me and my daughter stayed here and ordered food to the room which come on dirty plates and the food was not cooked correctly. My daughter was sick at reception and could not go to the park the next day and Drayton manor offered nothing.
Very poor customer service

Loved the Thomas themed room vand bunk beds definitely better than the sofa bed in the normal family room. Breakfast with fat controller was brilliant. Bathroom was a bit tired, shower head desperately needed cleaning/ replacing and evening service in restaurant was slow especially as we had small hungry children!

It was a very nice hotel, and I believe that it had Thomas themed rooms, although we did not book one of those. The windows in the bedroom had black out blinds which was good especially for children. The hotel has 2 restaurants, a vending machine and a souviner shop. Also outside is a small play area. You can collect your park tickets from the hotel. The hotel was opposite the Entrance to the theme park approximately a 2 minute walk.

Really enjoyed our first stay at the Drayton Manor hotel. Staff are helpful and pleasant, it's a brilliant hotel for kids and the rooms are of a decent standard. We dined in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Would definitely return.

We took advantage of the stay and play, 1 night and breakfast and entry to the park. The hotel is spacious and clean throughout. The beds were very compfortable and the staff friendly. Evening entertainment kept my young onea happy with games and dancing. The black pudding was a bit hard but the sausages made up for it. Value was good and the total experience was a pleasant one... would recommend.

our experience has been very disappointing . we booked a family room to celebrate our daughter's 3rd birthday. i phoned the hotel 2 weeks in advance to let them know that i have paid an extra charge for birthday balloons for our daughter's 3rd birthday , therefore we want them pink . we arrived to the hotel and there was blue balloons with 10th birthday on them !!!!. the beds were externally uncomfortable and we all had the worst ever sleep. the bath was dirty with hair , and the carpet was dirty !!!!. we also parked in car park 2 as there was no space in car park 1 and in the morning the gates were locked and we could not get our car out and had to call the hotel for security to open even though i told the reception that we have parked in car park 2 when we checked in . it has been such an awful stay !!!

Really excellent stay here. If you have the opportunity to stay in the presidential rooms, I certainly recommend it. Kids loved the environment, activities and entertainment of the hotel and theme park.

Rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel car park had enough spaces for all the guests. Breakfast was a little limited especially the drinks. The main issue we had is probably one not many people will face however we were woken at 2.30am by the fire alarms and made our way down the main flight of stairs. Upon reaching the foyer there was little information provided, staff who seemed under trained to deal with the situation, and we were left wondering what the next course of action was, eventually following the crowd who were obviously made aware by somebody we were safe to return to our rooms. It just seemed a little unprofessional and were never kept informed. Overall if you're looking for somewhere to stay then this hotel is an option, the tv is a decent size with freeview to keep the kids entertained before breakfast and the bathroom and main room of a good size.

Booked the hotel to accompany a visit to Drayton park. Excellent location as only a short work to the park itself. Plenty of parking, although the main hotel car park was full on arrival there is an additional overflow just a minutes walk away.

Stayed as a family and there was free children's entertainment in outside play area in the evening.

Very comfortable stay and breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice of full English or continental.

Would recommend the hotel and would use again.

Price is good of booking as a "stay and play" package which offered a significant discount over booking hotel and park tickets individually.

We stayed the night prior to visiting the park, the tickets are flexible to either be used for the day of arrival or checkout. As the hotel car park is next to the park itself this means you can get a quicker escape instead of sitting in a long car park queue

Loved the rooms, wasn't impressed with the restaurant service nearly one and a half hours before we got our food after being sat at the table not the place to be with a SEN child.Breakfast wasn't alot better need me staff to clear tables or just efficient ones.

We stayed at the Drayton Manor Hotel whilst visiting Thomas Land for our twins' 4th birthday. We stayed in a Thomas themed bedroom which the boys loved. It was spacious and had everything we needed - including four televisions! Would definitely stay again if visiting the theme park in the future.

Stayed overnight here as we went to Thomasland in the day. Very nice room the comfortably fit us and our three year old. Room service was cheap and good food, breakfast also very tasty. Onky downside was wifi was very flaky. Will definitely stay again kf visiting the theme park though.

We have stayed at the Drayton Manor Hotel 3 times when visiting Thomasland at Christmas. The hotel is very inviting and very clean. The room is a good size and still room to move with the sofabed and cot. Plenty of hot water, but shower not very powerful. There is a good choice of food at breakfast, including some healthier options.
There is a well equipped retail park nearby which includes a John Lewis.

We stayed over night and booked ourselves a suite it was lovely, breakfast was included and we had our own breakfast area to enjoy. There were no catered breakfast items such as omelettes but they did do porridge and caterered for dietary requirements. Bad points, the bed sheets were bobbly so not the most relaxing experience. We had a cot bed and it was rather hard. We all slept in the same bed in the end as it was large enough. The hotel had a park play area which was nice to play in the morning after our stay after breakfast.

Our stay at Drayton manor hotel was brilliant. We had a family wedding there that they had helped to organise and it was perfectly done. Their attention to detail and attention was impeccable. They made my Nephew and his Brides day so memorable for them and for everyone. I'm so so happy for them and the hotel helped make that for them. The food was gorgeous and so was the buffet menu for the evening. 1 teeny weeny point was there was not enough tea and coffee in the room. In fact no tea at all. But that's probably my fault for not asking for more. The bed was a delight to sleep in too. Thank you so much for making my family's special day go so well.

Food was lovely, go above and beyond if you have an allergy. But bar staff were far and few between with fluxing prices all night. Rooms were nice, beds were hard but fine for a night. Difficult night as had a wedding party staying there so constant noise from drunks running up the hall.

For the price, it's average at best. We went for a Thomas themed room as our son is mad about trains, especially Thomas. The room came with DVD players in the kids' beds but you had to ask for a DVD at reception which was scratched so badly that it didn't work. The restaurant was below average, especially for the price. Also, the bed hadn't been made correctly so the sheet came loose in the night. On the plus side, the bathroom was excellent and there were no problems with hot water that I've had in other hotels. The Thomas theming was also very good and my son was most impressed.

Room was nice, food in the hotel was really really horrible, family s were waiting 45 mins for food shocking the prices were no match to the standard of food I would never stay there a again the park it self is really good, my 7 year old girl could only go on baby rides she wasn t happy so please look and make sure your child is tall enough to go on the rides Thomas land was great but again only younger kids my lad age 10 loved it as he is tall enough to go on all rides, on the park the food is vile please take your own don t make the same mistake we did on the up side the donuts were great, so probably give this park a miss, better park out there for younger kids who are below 1.2 meters tall
