I'm not usually one to write reviews unless the service was particularly good or bad and I have to say that Drayton Manor Hotel was superb and definitely made the weekend on top of the day at Thomasland. On arrival to the hotel we saw The More

Absolutely love it here. Been coming twice a year for years. Always use the stay and play option. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Hotel overlooks theme park and green areas. Young childrens play park. Hotel rooms are a very high standard and beds are clean and comfortable. Fantastic all you can eat buffet breakfast.

We stayed as family during covid. The facilities were clean. We felt safe. The only challenge is now checkin is 4pm, checkout is10am for sanitisation. It is how it needs ro be. The restaurant has an amazing menu for dinner. Breakfast is ok. Given the circumstances I think they delivered value service.

Toilets could have been a bit more pleasant and i never found disabled facilities, hence 4 out of five stars

While waiting for our table at the restaurant we had a drink and sat outside in the garden so the kids could play in the park. They had a wonderful time, it was lovely and clean, we shall definitely go back.

My little man loved the Thomas themed rooms and activities. There is a good adventure playground out back and a play area inside. Food was mediocre and far more tailored to children than adults but that's what you would expect given it's attached to Thomas land... Rooms could do with some maintenance in places but given the number of kids trying to trash it daily, that's not a surprise. If your child has allergies plan ahead as most of the food was buffet style so cross contamination can be an issue, but the staff did try to help... Saying that I asked for noodles and got spaghetti, our waitress didn't know there was a difference !

For a theme park hotel this place does the job. Really nice to wake up, have breakfast and meander over to the park without stress before it opens to get on rides nice and early while it's semi quiet (we went on a Saturday in summer). Bed was comfortable although the sofa bed for our son was on a weird lean down at the head board end!

Great hotel. Cosy, clean, excellent service! Price fair. Close to Thomasland and the parks. Wonderful highly recommended, with children especially. There is a little playground for kids outside the building. Pastoral atmosphere. An excellent place to stay with or without children. Not expensive! Elegant superb rooms. Highly recommended.

Room was clean and relatively modern. The restaurant is good, if a little slow for food. Close to Thomas land, but if you're off season for the theme park make sure you drive from the hotel, all entrances are usually closed apart from the main one.
