So actually everything was good except for one thing no signature so everyone can take the package please improve

Punctual, reliable and friendly as always. Corona-related contactless handover works extremely well

The doorbell says to ring 1 x briefly because my child is sleeping! The man rings 2-3 x Because he can't wait 10 seconds and he's not unfriendly either !!!!!

ALWAYS parcels are simply placed at the front door of an MFH - WITHOUT approval. Now a package worth 200 was lost. Allegedly I gave a parking ok, which I definitely don't have.
Even when you are at home there is no ringing.
The whole thing is now being examined by a lawyer.

One star is still not enough!
We ordered an expensive gas hob. Delivery should take place on Saturday, nobody came (stayed at home all day) - so a parking okay for Monday was given, the garage door was unlocked and stated in the parking notice that it should go to the garage and the door was open from behind.
When I received the message that the package had been delivered, I was taken aback - the deliverer was not even able to correctly write down my last name - it is a completely different name.
So I sent someone over and the package was totally obvious and just outside the front door, everyone could have taken it. Just a cheek.

Again and again the packages simply lie in the garden - even when it rains! The roof is 2 m further. Shelf-ok doesn't help either

A package was left in the garage without consent. This was overlooked when parking & therefore damaged! Just because the delivery person wasn't able to go to the front door! Something like this has never happened to us with DHL!

Es gab Probleme mit der Zustellung, aber der Fahrer ist abends extra nochmal gekommen und hat es zugestellt. Fehler passieren, aber den Einsatz fand ich toll. Danke.

DPD is the very last one, parcels are simply dropped off somewhere else even though you are at home. I will avoid DPD as much as possible.

These guys... they're the worst. Even with someone at home, waiting for them, they somehow always manage to 'miss' the person. Always have to take an extra step to locate the package even after paying for special delivery ugh

Even though I was at home, I didn't ring the bell. When I found out through the website that my package had already been delivered, I went to the mailboxes. My package was not even transported inside the house. It was clearly visible to anyone passing by on a (letter) box on the wall of the house. Not only could it have been stolen there by anyone, it also stood there so that, although it was marked as fragile, it could easily have been torn down by a gust of wind. I am really horrified!

The package arrived quickly to the wrong address. I would not call it a successful delivery having failed to meet one major aspect of a delivery service. The addresses are clearly marked so I can not explain the failure.

Delivery went very quickly, but the specified storage location was not used. The package was simply put on the doorstep, not on the terrace as requested. The supplier was just too lazy to walk 10 meters past the house to the terrace, but it was 3 hours outside the front door where everyone could have stolen it. Unfortunately poor!

I have always had good experiences with DPD! So again today! I love the detailed and up-to-date tracking option! You have a really manageable time window by announcing the delivery. So far everything has always arrived on time! We recommend!

Delivery always works perfectly for us. I find the tracking with the live card very good. Great. A point is deducted only because the terms are shorter for others. But 4 stars are very, very good.

In our place in 40 822 Mettmann always reliable and fast delivery, since no complaints.
However, what is very annoying and not okay:
the deliverers all keep their vehicles running, even if they are ten or 15 minutes away from the vehicle.
Multiple friendly addresses and hints that this is not so nice were completely ignored. Therefor two star deduction.
Maybe that's a company regulation then you actually have to subtract two stars.

Even one star is too many, unfriendly to the power of 10, my daughter yells at that she could come down completely. How live on the 3rd floor he had to walk 4 steps and complained that she wasn't fast enough in his eyes. Job missed !!!!

Wrong delivery location although someone was at home

The employee was not nice and did not want to deliver the parcel to the door with Corona's injury, but he could put the parcel on the door knowing that he did not wear a mouth and nose mask..but I say the truth, this is only one employee, but the majority are very nice

In der DPD App wird einem dann am Liefertag an gezeigt wann mit der Lieferung zu rechnen ist, was auch super geklappt hat.

Offensichtlich ist es zu beschwerlich den Kunden ihre Bestellung nach Hause zu bringen, laut der Mitarbeiterin im Shop, ist es bei DPD normal so zu arbeiten. Sehr schlechter Service !!!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend DPD. I am expecting a delivery (10 kg) and due to Covid I give my okay that the deliverer can leave the package on our terrace. So I meet the DPD employee ... but he doesn't put the package on our terrace, but in the neighbour's garage on the street, where everyone can just take it away ... It's sad, like some services in Germany meanwhile or how low the motivation is to do a decent job.

Both deliveries arrived damaged. They probably never heard of a load securing from the DPD, I know that because I could look into the transporter. You don't really need to be surprised. The fact that there are actually companies that rely on this carrier is really surprising

Deliverers only leave the parcels behind the front door where x people pass. Doesn't even come to the apartment door. The previous DPD delivery agent has always brought the parcels reliably to the front door. We will see that packages are no longer delivered with DPD. I can expect a package to be stolen

This is the very last parcel service, rings the bell and only places the goods in a stairwell, not even informed. I wait at the apartment door and wonder why nobody is coming. 3 parcels parked. I actually wanted to tip. But they are probably not worth it.

The package was marked as successfully delivered even though I was not at home but I supposedly accepted the package! Not the first time that there have been problems with DPD. Parcels were simply put in front of the door and marked as successfully delivered. If you complain to the customer service, you will be told what do you want because you have received the package ...

A bouquet of flowers for my wife's birthday was delivered today! On time in the 30min time window what was specified. My wife said that the driver even sang. It's awesome. Great service.

There is a telephone number on the package and on the door of my house. I am often outside of it, so when a package from other companies comes, people call the given number. 3 times, because so many times he delivered a parcel, my courier did not leave a delivery note or any contact, he simply crossed the street without even leaving the car or leaving the parcels with a neighbor. We are 21 years old, and when I asked the helpline why the courier did not call, I got the answer that these are not his competences . Ok, it is more logical to cross the street and not even stop to try to knock on the door. Great company, never order via dpd again.

Our packages were simply thrown over the fence into the yard for the second time. They are damaged and lying in the. Rain. Nobody rang the bell, even though we were at home all the time.

Seems to really depend on the person responsible for your area. The woman at my last place was the worst. Today the gentleman at my new place, perfect. They at least still have a stylus to sign the little screen with. One of the other services makes you sign with your finger and that doesn't resemble your normal signature at all.

What is the SCH ... ??? When I am at home, the delivery person should at least ring the bell and not leave my package unobserved without a delivery OK!

Never trust the tracking program on website , No Reliable Customer service.

Unfreundliche Zustellung. Zusteller hat Paket in die Ecke geknallt und nicht mal abgewartet ob jemand zuhause ist. Ich werde nach mehrmaligen "Pannen" nicht mehr per DPD versenden.

The driver rang the bell, put the package in front of my door and immediately ran back to the car and drove away. He didn't even wait for me to open the door at all. And I had specified a storage location in case I shouldn't be at home. The agreed storage location was not at the front door !!!

Great that this time it was given to the neighbor. The last time you had to go to a very distant parcel shop.

I'm pregnant and live in the second floor. My husband was not at home when the packet arrived and the DPD employee didn't go upstairs to at least bring the packet in front of my door. It was a more than 30Kg one, so I kindly ask the guy to help me going upstairs but he refuse it, and he was super rude !

Despite a long announced return (before arrival at the parcel center), I have informed you that the goods should be returned. This was confirmed to me twice over the phone by support. Nevertheless, the deliverer made the delivery even though he didn't even try to ring the bell and simply handed it over to the neighbor. Now he can come back after work and pick up the package again. The announced delivery was delivered on time. The young delivery person was extremely friendly and you could talk to him, unfortunately that is not always the case. So keep it up. thank you

I am extremely dissatisfied. If you were to choose that from the company you were ordering from, I would NEVER choose DPD. We have had difficulties delivering packages via DPD many times. Today the messenger was there, but instead of ringing the doorbell, he waved into our living room window and asked if we were the right family for the show in our apartment building. As I said yes, the driver disappeared in your car for 5 minutes to tell me that our shipment is at the bottom of the truck and that he has to deliver other shipments and will come back in an hour. After 10 hours (!!!) I received the mail, the package was successfully delivered. That's a lie! I was at home all afternoon! Nobody rang the doorbell (this is recorded on the door system) and nothing was given to neighbors. Unreliable without end! As a customer or recipient, you only have trouble.

Impossible! Today on the 7th day I had to drive after the driver to get my package. Stand in front of my door and it actually just drives past, 3 times a week. Stay away from DPD! Customer friendliness zero!

Parcels are not delivered even though you are at home and if you redirect them you don't get any notification that the parcel is there.

The worst thing I ever had was that a package was placed on my freshly tiled terrace, it got totally wet there and I didn't get any information that the package was there .....

So for me DPD is the best delivery service. The driver here in Wickrath is always super friendly, the timely announcement of the packages is always correct, always happy.

Just the last one. Every time the delivery or at least the packaging is damaged.
A shipment was allegedly parked in a neighbors' garage without a permit, the shipment has not appeared to this day. Money was refunded ...

I think DPD does a good job.
It is responded to the individual requests, the user can track his package, the period is not unnecessarily long, which means that I do not have to wait about 4-8 hours and then there is the fact that the packages are delivered quite reliably. I was stolen at the time, but DPD behaved very responsibly there.
