The driver didn't ring the bell again. I was at home all day. The second delivery from the same order was delivered directly with the Amazon shipping service and I personally received it today. DPD, however, is too lazy to ring the bell and come to the first floor. I would still understand it on the 5th floor, but that's a joke.

Instead, the status changes to "was successfully delivered". Haha. Where, then? I've never heard the name there. There is no specific address.

I am also severely disabled and cannot even go through half the neighborhood or into the branch. And certainly not in Corona times. It's absolutely sickening! Keep the package simple. I have enough.

If I had the choice, I would never have anything delivered with DPD again. Unfortunately, online orders are often not available.
