Nothing works at DPD. App, website, no desired storage locations, emails are ignored, in 3 of 5 delivery attempts someone was at home but no contact was made. Delivery to a parcel shop, although another was agreed. No parcel service is as bad as DPD
Update: Email, I would like to pick up my package in the shop, please. Yes, I did it 5 days ago. Incredible...
