I could throw up, how often have I told DHL, DPD, HERMES & CO how deliveries are to be made when you are absent, but puff cake, it is simply not taken into account and handled.
There is no ringing, despite presence, nor delivery to neighbors, despite information!
It's getting worse and worse !!
