DPD is only pretend digitized. The first package this week was delivered to strangers at a distance of 40 km and reported as "successfully delivered". Specifying a preferred parcel shop in the event of "no delivery" has never worked: I happened to be at the door of the second parcel (second delivery attempt for the second parcel) and asked the driver: "Do you know the storage location and the preferred DPD parcel shop?" Answer: "I don't understand anything. I'm just a driver." My impression is that customs should stop by DPD a lot more often.
