I rate both great and bad service. You shouldn't just complain, you should also acknowledge good things with feedback. However, I am not rating anything good or bad here. Instead, I hereby announce the almost total failure in a trivial basic service, for which I was unfortunately asked to pay:
The repeated, three-time delivery to a shop that can be proven (indicated by large signs) is not a dpd shop and (also identified by signs) has ceased business. Let it melt in your mouth: it was the same driver every time. In addition, neither in the mail support nor on the hotline could they tell me more than what can be seen in the bug-plagued app; namely that the delivery was not possible because I was not found.
In a world that goes crazy, the crackpots are the professionals!
