Nicely located. Perfect place to stay for a convention at the Oregon convention center.
Nicely located. Perfect place to stay for a convention at the Oregon convention center.
Was only there for a couple hours, but they have a lot of rooms, with climate control and other fun things
I am hear for a seminar and the staff has been great. The room is clean and they are very accommodating, even replacing my coffee that was mistakenly thrown away.
Very friendly staff, nice rooms, and very comfortable beds!
Nice hotel. Staff was great. Had a few issues with shower pressure. But overall it is nice.
Small rooms, no refrigerator or microwave, aie vent was covered in dust. Won't stay there again.
Nice, clean, good location, close proximity to Moda Center.
We had a large convention here last weekend and everything was so amazing! Guest services were top notch and this will be our go to Portland hotel from now on.
I went to a swap meet here so I can't comment on the rooms here. Everything was fine. Parking is paid here and it's not very expensive.
Bags drop off location for Seattle to Portland bikeride
The warm cookies after you check in or pretty damn amazing. The rooms are really nice the staff is nice all is well.
Very nice, great food, clean, valet parking, close to Lloyd center, nice staff.
The service is always great. Plus they gave us cookies at check in.
Staff was great, place was undergoing remodeling. Floors felt weird to walk on, like way too plush in some areas. Room wasn't very spacious. No microwave, but they brought one up free of charge. They even had gluten free cookies!
Great service very accommodating. The parking situation for visitors needs some considerable change. Everything else is great.
Ok amenities; the hotel room was a bit on the older side though.
We had reservations for months for Father's Day Weekend for a King balcony room. Got to check in at 5 pm when check in is at 4pm and room was not ready.... they told us we could have a double queen room. I find this absurd and so frustrating that the lady at the front desk acted like I was an inconvenience and that a double queen was the only option. I said no thanks. I'll wait. So she said okay it would be 20-30 minutes if I wanted to wait, I could wait in the bar. No comp on drink. No apology. No nothing. So rude.
The Doubletree in Portland is a fantastic place to stay. The staff treated me very well. They were patient with my late checkout and quick with the room service. The were respectful and accommodating. I recommend the Doubletree !
Completely worn out ! The room I stayed in (on them Hilton honors floor) -1245 was from the 60s. Worn out carpet, rickety door and terrible plumbing. Every time someone on the floor turned their tap on, I could hear the water gushing. Only saving grace was the view of mt. Hood.
Never again.
Attended the geek craft fair, it was held in one of the event halls that seems to be a little outdated, but it was a free admittance.
Standard hotel, wee bit pricey for what you are getting.
Nice area, nice amenities, but definitely seeing signs of age. Comfortable, cool places to hang, but plenty more to do in the area than sit at the hotel.
Came for an anime convention. Spent most of my time in the lobby hanging out. It was well organized and very clean despite the number of people in the lobby. Had a grand time. Friendly staff.
This is a great hotel and conference Center. The staff works to make you feel welcome!
The conference hall was nicely laid out with necessary tables and chairs, but the heat wasn't really working and there was water dripping from the ceiling in places.
Nice rooms, kind staff and an overall pleasent experience
Great service. Friendly. Clean. Would have appreciated a mini fridge but breakfast was amazing.
The restaurant was good food and the service was friendly!
I was at the double tree doing a walk though for an upcoming conference. The representatives of Double Tree were friendly and knowledgeable and are working hard to accommodate us.
Meeting venue upstairs is nice. Lack of wiFi is obnoxious
I was accompanying a guest for assistance with check-in only. The hotel lobby was bustling but the desk staff was extremely pleasant and offered me a cookie knowing I was not going to be a guest. I would consider staying there.
Very friendly staff, helped me find my way to an event hosted in their space
I attended a symposium. I was only there for the day and in one room, but they fed us and we had drinks and it was a really great talk! The part of the hotel I saw was really pretty!
Staff were very nice! Room was comfortable and clean. Smooth check in and easy parking. The only downside was the lack of fridge and that the coffee maker was broken; it had to make two cups every time (they offered to replace it, but coffee can't wait).
Okay, but maybe too high price for what you get.
Wifi included.
Breakfast not included.
Nice staff.
My bathroom smelled mold and I could see black mold in the shower .
There is also a pool here which seems popular.
There is a mall nearby. Make your cash withdrawals there, it's cheaper.
There is a tram station nearby that takes you to the airport, which is very nice.
It was okay. I was there for a conference. There was coffee for the first half. I didn't really deal with the staff much. Seems like an okay place. Maybe a little outdated.
nice hotel. good cookies. expensive parking. great staff who were prompt and very nice.
Wonderful rooms, amazing balcony view---no refrigerator ??????
Great location and lounge area, definitely appreciated that they offered Portland Roasting Company coffee and not Starbuck
Beautiful remodel . Great place for a fundraiser #REAP
One of the best hotels by the bay~~!!! The singular service, attentive staffs, and picturesque ambiance. Stayed here for couple days for business and I am customer to OMNI for life. Check in process was painless and carefree. Service was top notch and the city view from my room was simply heavenly where I was engulfed by its attributions. Highly recommended~!!
Beds are slightly uncomfortable but that's probably just my opinion.
I was at the DoubleTree for the Multnomah County Library Sale. The space seemed well kept and the hotel's location is solid for people who have to stay somewhere on the east side.
Hotel is nice. Good location if you need to go to the convention center. Food isnt available late. Long wait at night for check in.
No indoor pool, outdoor pool subject to closure. Kids were a bit disappointed by that one. They have nice restaurants and the place was clean and cute, nice lobby. No complimentarily anything though. You also have to pay $27/night for parking. Which is weird cause if you have to stay at a hotel where else are you going to park...... wasn't thrilled about that.
Great location, view, and rooms. The hotel is located less than a block away from a train stop about 30 minutes from the airport. We stayed in the tower with a decent view and the elevator ride had views of the mountains. Rooms were large and clean, and the staff was very friendly and willing to give out delicious chocolate chip cookies.
The stay here was fine, after we got the reservation straightened out. I reserved a king bed and our first room was a small queen next to the elevator. Complining got us a large room on a high floor. Great view, good bed, clean room. TV channel selection could be better.
I just went for a hiring event for Amazon. The staff was super friendly and helpful when I asked for help to find the event though.
Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Decent hotel restaurant. Very close to the light rail station. Only 2 light rail stops from the convention center.
The facilities are clean, the staff always seems to be pleasant enough and willing to tell you where events are being held at. The prices for the restaurant are shockingly high but I suppose that's to be expected for hotel food. Save yourself trouble and go to one of the eating places behind the mall.
The front desk staff were very friendly, as was the wait staff at both the restaurant and the bar. Rooms were clean. Wi-Fi was a little hard to connect to on my phone and I ended up just turning it off. Otherwise, I had a great time.
The hotel is quite old and has the advantage of being close to the market
They did reasonably well considering the power went out for a few hours, which gave them trouble with their elevators and wifi after it came back. Good room service.
I went on a conference and it's always clean and friendly service
My friend and I stayed here while attending a convention at Oregon Convention Center. The room was pleasant and clean, with the balcony overlooking the lovely park across the street. Outside of a minor mix up with my credit card our stay was quiet and enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently just a few steps from the MAX transit line, also.
Great breakfast with vegan options (soymilk or almond milk for coffee, fruit smoothies, Bob's mill oatmeal, fruits, etc). Room 1456 was really nice.with good view. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Front desk very helpful.
The bartender wasn't particularly helpful and the drinks are way overpriced. This isn't really out of character for most hotel bars but that doesn't really excuse it.
Went to an event held at this location it's a beautiful well kept hotel. I could only imagine how there rooms look inside.
