The conference rooms were spacious and had good audio

You can never go wrong with the double tree this location had a great balcony view and service was great super good spectacular. Also the cookies dont pass up the warm cookies.

Staff are great here! Nice amenities and food location near the Oregon Conference Center.

Was there for STP, 2 of 5 bathroom stalls were clogged

Awesome hotel, very accommodating for Cru Conference. Hard working staff helping with all things from seminars to specific requests to rooms.

I was there for a festival and everything was great.

Didn't view the entire hotel, just the entrance and foyer. The place seems well kept. Really close to the mall, great location.

This specific location not only has some great views, but they also have a large amount space for their rooms. Their rooms are about a 9.5 out of 10 for me. Being a former hotel Room Service Director, I was actually impressed with their service and attentive staff. The front desk knew all the answers to my questions. Although they didn't have much options for food around them, they did try to accommodate. I am definitely coming back here.

We love our stay at Doubletree and return each year. The newly remodeled entry is beautiful. The updated rooms and new carpet were a welcome change.

Conference held at this location. No complaints about the venue, good view

Beautiful hotel, centrally located near the Modo Center convention Hall and the Lloyd Center Mall. Easy access to the Max trains. Rooms were what you'd expect. Clean, efficient, cozy. Room rates aren't bad for what you get, but not cheap.

Nice motel quite and clean good customer service and friendly staff

The gym had no working treadmills it seemed under construction. We only got two big towels in our room. They were not able to upgrade our room but were very kind to buy us dinner.
Breakfast was delicious

The staff are the only reason this place gets any stars at all. Overpriced and outdated. Portland is a foodie city... Catch a clue. Where is the water pressure for a shower in the morning???

It was a good experience. I went to a convention there. The staff were all very helpful.

I've been to this Double Tree for conferences for Portland Parks and Recreation, US Army Reserves and For Breast Friends. This hotel has been outstanding everytime that I've been here

Great service, nice place and good location right off the Max.

This was the worst hotel ever!
First, they put our checkout date one day earlier than it was! The jets weren t working the last night when we arrived at 2am!
Second, the sheets and the chair had stain and partly bloody! It was disgusting.
Third, they didn t clean the room for the first two days!
Fourth, the last day, early morning, a cleaning lady kept knocking the door and trying to open it (while we locked it from inside) and woke us up at 7 am, until I opened the door!

Nice place. Clean and Lloyd Center less than a block away and many other places all around

The venue was nice enough and it was easy to access in downtown Portland. Our event seemed like it wasn't a priority though as there was a larger event at the same time and our meeting room was not set up all the way by our scheduled time. Staff was pleasant, but we paid extra to have a bartender who did not arrive at the scheduled time and did not accept credit card payments.

The location is very close to the Congress hall. Also it is in front of a train station. Friendly staff

This DoubleTree is a pleasant place to stay. I was only here for one night but there were no glaring issue I discovered within that time. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Especially a gentleman, however, I can't seem to recall his name. The room itself was pleasing. It being a large one than normal up on the 8th floor. There was no refrigerator or microwave, but I didn't needed that anyway. The beds being one of the more important features were wonderfully comfortable and the pillows being as such. Everything in the room was clean and presented well. For parking this hotel offers a multiple floor parking garage with entrances to the hotel on each floor. With plenty of food offers around the hotel I didn't eat in the restaurant but it did look like a quality place to dine. Overall this DoubleTree is a reasonable and pleasing hotel to stay. If I'm in the area again I will definitely be making a return.

Very nice hotel. Nice staff that will go out of their way to help you feel comfortable. Right across the street from a shopping mall and restaurants.

Great location. Plenty of parking options. It is also easily accessible by public transportation.

Not brand new but the staff are super friendly. I saw some tiny flies in the bathroom, first couple of days the room wouldn t cool down but other than that no complaints.

Not the worst for the price. Could be better, room a/c doesn't really cool the room down at all.
