Room was clean, small, environment was calm and quiet. The staff with whom I interacted were pleasant. However, I was charged more than my reservation agreement.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, no refrigerator or microwave
Good hotel. In front of the train stop Loyd's Center. Be prepared to walk if your meetings are in the convention center.
Spent two nights in town for work. Hotel was nice enough. Quick cab ride or transit downtown. Breakfast buffet was really good and worth the B&B rate. Standard room felt a bit cramped, but had all the necessities, and the rate was reasonable.
Came for an event. The event was a bust, but the hotel itself was great. They fed us from the hotel at the event. The food was A+++. Excellent spread. The decor and design of the hotel was a nice touch and it was easily noticed throughout the building.
This hotel is in a nice, centrally located area of town. I had a pleasant experience there and definitely recommend this hotel....
Great hotel, not far from downtown, staff are excellent and helpful. Will go back again
Clean rooms nice employees old carpet but decent rooms. Good views they could use a bit of maintenance torn ceiling paper. But I would stay here again.
Easy access with nice meeting area. Conveniently located near Max, convention center, shopping, and more.
No free wifi. No free parking. Rooms are small and average
Attended an event and had drinks at Gather. The event was nice and the staff was attentive. Gather had a good selection and I will definitely be coming back.
I used to love this hotel. i stayed 30-40 nights per year in the past. As a heavy business traveler, conveniences and perks are important to make travel less stressful. During Covid19 - hotels have understandably scaled back on such perks (hopefully temporarily). But this hotel has eliminated Hilton Honors upgrades for Gold and Diamond members permanently. I can only imagine that this was an attempt to try to get more revenue out of these upgraded rooms. But they are alienating their most frequent customers who will shift to other properties. And I can't image that low hotel occupancy rates right now justify this move either. You'll do better by staying at the Hampton Inn in the Pearl District a couple of miles away (surprisingly nice!) or the historic Embassy Suites downtown - just a couple of miles away. I hate posting reviews like this - but you should know before you book at this hotel.
Very helpful and friendly staff! Everyone had a smile on their face and answered questions or help you immediately. Very open and clean place to hold large or small events. Had a great time.
Hotel is a great spot in a slightly not-so-great area. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the max red/blue/green are a stone's throw away. Room was at a Groupon rate so it was an exceptional bargain.
Nice rooms but when went to take a shower before our busy day there wasn't even a bar of soap.
The city was very accessible from this hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. However, I rate it four stars as my room did not come with a microwave or a minifridge. Two of the three elevators were broken during my stay.
A really great place for small to medium sized conferences. Lots of parking.
Nice hotel clean rooms. The bed was rather small just a double not a queen or king. Also the bathroom did not have a fan. Location is good lots of good food and shopping in the area plus convention centers and the arena
Very premium hotel. From the moment I checked in, the staff took extra care to make sure my needs we're met. Location was good, everything I decided to check out was 10-20 minutes away. This hotel also has a pretty nice view of downtown Portland which was my favorite thing about the hotel.
The location is not only accessible by car but by feet, located next to a small makes it even better.
Old hotel, but clean and well maintained. Conveniently located and walking distance to many great places.
Mediocre brand hotel. Was clean and had good service, but desperately in need of updating.
When the West Coast Haunters Convention is in town the 13th floor goes all out in Scariness and Flair!
This is a very nice hotel. Only problem I experienced was that the shower could have been cleaner.
Great hotel, friendly staff, very accommodating to guests of all varieties.
Clean lobby, I was only dropping off a load to there but I liked it
Overally pretty good, however, rooms are lacking in appliances and ulitlies such as a fridge, safe, slippers toothbrushes etc. Great welcoming and ovetally great quality in staff.
Attended a professional event in a ballroom with a catered meal. Staff was very pleasant and courteous, room served our needs well.
Great place for conventions. Was here for the Breast friends luncheon had a great time.
Great location very clean staff was very nice I would definitely go there again
Awesome, friendly staff who have great recommendations. Hotel is just around the corner to the MAX which can take you anywhere really. Rooms are nice
Wonderful hotel that accommodated us during a FBLA event
Nice place, and a pleasant walk through the neighborhood to the convention center.
The staff are very rude at the restaurant in the hotel . If you want to be treated with disrespect then go to the hotel . The rooms and everything else are okay but not the best . The staff made fun of my family in front of other staff and others. Then the front desk would not even help me . I would have given them zero stars if I could. Do not stay here . Stay on the other side of the river.
Our room was incredibly small. The service in the restaurants was very slow and inattentive.
They charge for everything and it's all overpriced. The housekeeping staff was only occasionally friendly. The beds weren't particularly comfortable and the rooms tended to be overly warm. It's a nice-looking place, though.
Clean, comfortable place and friendly staff. Had a problem with pay station in the parking garage, but otherwise great.
I did not stay a night here but from the looks it seems your stay would be elegant. I went with my girlfriend to PMI chapter meeting. I do know for sure that I did not like the food. The back was very raw, cold and fatty. The pork cutlet in the middle was tender but the outside bacon, not so much ...
I was there for an event (geek craft expo). The building was clean but a little dated. And the location was good.
good service. fun place to host events. close in to town and right on the MAX line so you can hop on a trail on quickly get downtown or to the airport.
if they don't do a remodel soon I will have to drop another star. I used to love staying at this hotel just across the street from the mall and other venues. Walkable distance to stadium. But upgrades to the hotel are needed in order to continue it's legacy of being a nice hotel
Easy check in, good room and they gave me a cookie on check in.
Very good place to hold a conference! I have been to 6 there and counting.
Nice facility for our conference. Staff friendly and very accommodating....coffee bar had great coffee and breakfast.
Nice hotel, good bar and food. No refrigerator in our room which was odd. The surrounding area is pretty bland so I suggest traveling by public transportation to more fun areas of Portland.
Staff and hotel are clean and professional. Location is less so.
Staff is friendly and very willing to get you whatever you need.
If you're going here for a lecture, talk, or conference, do not plan on eating here. The service is horrible. I may have been "forgotten," but it took 15+ minutes to be noticed and contacted. The guy that finally did contact me could only take basic orders (water, soda, etc). It took 20+ minutes to put in my food order, and even then I'm probably going to be late to get back to my talk. I do not recommend sitting at the bar, as what is supposed to be the "best service" easily be and the worst.
Just stayed there! it was fantastic the only complaint really was I received a dirty dish from the restaurant. Everything was awesome besides that. The bed was like a cloud! I will return!
Too much noise window is to close to a roof full of a/c units. Impossible to get a good sleep
Clean and pretty new remodel, friendly staff and nice bar
Nice hotel. Room was small. Took some time for the water to get hot. Besides the 2 things mentioned it's a great place to stay. I was there for 4 days and ate from the menu at the bar and the calamari was a little over done for me.
I found the lobby to have enough space for private professional meetings. The bar and cafe both served food and water was complimentary.
Nice facility, very friendly and helpful staff. Needs more bathrooms.
Staff was friendly. Rooms were small but nice.. however the no pool which was advertised as open. No fridge. No breakfast plus 27 dollars a night for parking?? Yall need to give me a refund. Entirely too expensive for what u get
I used to work there nice location great place to stay. Would love to work for them again.
Nice up to date great place for our conference weekend gets an A+ for cleanliness and accomdating staff
Very convenient location for attending a conference at the convention center. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
