There are areas in Portland where I'd prefer to stay, but this hotel makes the most of it. The guest rooms are well maintained, as are the rest of the facilities. Every hotel employee was also extremely friendly and helpful. Parking is inexpensive and plentiful, and there is a lot of shopping in easy walking distance.

Clean and tidy. Guest services were nice. Housekeeping could use some help with customer service. They kept slamming the door with the vacuum cleaner. The room service is crazy prices for mediocre food. Except for the caramel apple pie. That has to be one of the best things to ever be eaten.

Coffee was burnt and cold by the afternoon and not refreshed. Breakfast selections were extremly limited and not friendly to those with dietary restrictions - there were only bagels and muffins.

The service team is very good and friendly, the facilities are elegant but the rooms will be very neglected, old and dirty carpets, heaters that do not work well, doors that are not custom and rooms that let all sound in / out as well than zero privacy.
Overall the worst hotel in the Hilton chain I have ever stayed in

Here for 6 nights, very close to a mall, light rail (red & blue) lines, and green plaza. Staff has been very accommodating about any problems I've had with the room. Only complaint I have is the tv in the from seems a bit small, but then again the last hotel I was in had an oversized tv in the room.

We were there on a super busy weekend and checked in super late, but they had our room and cookies ready for us when we got there. The room was tiny, but we didnt spend much time in it so it didnt matter. Lightrail and bus stops less then a block away from the front door.

We had asked for more towels, and a fridge upon arrival but we needed to ask again. At 7am we asked for more chairs as soon as possible (getting ready for a wedding) and the receptionist didn't tell us that only housekeeping could bring up chairs and they didn't get in until 9am. We had to call down to the lobby 2 more times to get 2 chairs in before 9.

It was my and my wife's first anniversary and they upgraded our room, waived the parking fee, and gave us Wi-Fi for free. They also sent us complementary chocolates and a bottle of wine to our room (which looked fancy but we didn't drink it because we're Mormon). Everything was clean and nice. The staff were all helpful and friendly. We had to request a microwave and mini fridge but other than that, it was great! Our room had a balcony overlooking a small park. Wonderful stay!

The staff at this hotel is courteous, friendly, and hospitality-minded. The hotel is somewhat dated and could use a makeover. There also really needs to be a mini fridge or microwave in the rooms. They have comfortable beds, which was a pleasant surprise. Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 8:30 am to clean our room, which wasn't desirable, and we checked in to dirty washcloths hanging on the back of the bathroom door. We were here for a convention, and the catered food was not good at all. In addition, there were dirty glasses and flatware. Perhaps their catering and housekeeping operation needs a management change, but other than that it was centrally located and the service was excellent.

$20 a night flat fee parking and the rooms really could use some updating. The staff was friendly and took care of business though. Water pressure in the shower was pretty bad and the temperature would fluctuate wildly when anyone else on the floor flushed a toilet or turned on the water. Be careful. Get local brews in to in the restaurant!

Was there for a professional event. Good facility for the most part. However, was not wheel chair friendly. There was a colleague on a wheel chair who found it extremely difficult to navigate to the restrooms as well as around the conference room.

Loved the service and the rooms! The exit to the parking lot was a bit confusing since the skybridge level and the parking lot levels are one off, but I figured it out. Kind stuff and quality room close to everything in downtown. I'll be back!

Sucks. I dont know how things work here but in tx when you spend this much on a room you get FREE parking FREE breakfast and the damn HDMI ports are disabled just to make ppl want to order on demand. My one saving grace was Steven the maintenance guy. He's trying to find me a monitor to work around the hdmi issue right now. Thanks stephen. This place is money hungry and the room dont even have a microwave or fridge. And it's so tiny. WASTE OF MONEY I suggest a best western. Never coming back and letting EVERYONE I know about it. Maybe they will start thinking of the customers paying hundreds of dollars for a nice vacation. But I guess when your name is Hilton you don't have to try very hard.

Location was good, rooms were a bit small and ours was located directly across from the elevator so we got to hear people talking and bells singing at all hours right outside. The service was excellent and staff friendly. However some of the hotel policies were inconvenient and wasteful, such as changing out all sheets and towels every day. Additionally they did not put up out of order signs on the elevators when they broke down, and charged extra for hot breakfast. If I had been paying I likely would have stayed somewhere else.

We stayed up on the 11th floor with a view of the city. The building is showing its age and the rooms could use some updating. Though it is old, everything is very well cared for and very clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

This place is very accessible via transit and close to stores and other necessities if you're visiting the Oregon Convention Center for an event.

The staff is friendly, but housekeeping (unnecessarily) calls your room if you have the do not disturb sign and they can't clean, to tell you they can't clean, which defeats the purpose of the sign itself. And the WiFi is glitchy to say the least.

Very very tiny rooms. We stayed at this location due to it being close to the event we were attending. Called the week before our stay to request a fridge & microwave. Asked if they were first come first serve or guaranteed and the lady said they were guaranteed. Checked in for the fridge but called lasted to check on the microwave and the lady said they were out. The restaurant Gather was really good! For the price they ask and for what you get is a bit too much. Won t be staying here again.
