You will not find a better hotel staff to accommodate you on your stay. There is no better hotel that makes your stay a home away from home. Close to everything Portland has to offer and you will be glad you stayed here.

Large rooms that are a bit dusty. Doors have huge gaps under them so you can hear any hallway noise. The gym is pretty nice with free weights, cable machines and some nice modern cardio equipment. The cookies are delicious of course. Wifi is not that great and I believe you have to actually pay for it if you are not a Hilton Honors Member.

Tiny rooms, nothing special. The bed was supposed to be a queen (that is what I have at home) and although I did not have my tape measure with me I'm rather certain it was only a full. I have literally had a nicer room in a Red Roof Inn. The TV was nice, it synced with your phone and had enough channels to keep you occupied. The food from room service was okay, the staff was the best part. I wish that they could make up for the missed expectations at this hotel but it was just not what I expect from any hotel carrying the Hilton name.

Beautiful place to stay. Good service. The view is lacking in my opinion, unless you have a view of Holliday park. But that isnt the best due to the collection of vagrants. It is a beautiful hotel in portland and well worth a stay.

Decent Double Tree (old Red Lion), nice rooms and quiet! Sanitation was good, rooms were clean and well maintained. Checked in early, which sometimes can be a problem, but the front desk staff were able to get us in fast!

If I could give this hotel a -1 Star I would. This hotel was selected by the event planners of a conference I attended last week. Here is a play on my stay, I checked in lobby was nice and the staff was nice. I get to my room no fridge, at 11 am I call the front desk and request a fridge I was told it would be delivered shortly. On the way out of the hotel my co-worker informed the front desk he would like a fridge when his room was ready; we return to the hotel around 3pm (4 hours from my initial call) return to my room no fridge. I call the front desk yet again and was told it would be delivered soon; an hour and a half pass, no fridge. I call front desk again and speak with a manager, fridge finally arrives after 20 min. That night as I am trying to relax I look up and there are cob webs in multiple areas of the room even on the ceiling next to the bed. The final issue of the room I stayed in was the tile in the shower, it looked as though it had not been cleaned an mildew had formed between the tiles. My room and bathroom needed a thorough cleaning...Stay in Room 812 at your own risk.

Great location, spacious rooms. Large property with 15 floors, only 3 elevators unfortunately. Bar/restaurant is decent but can also get quite busy. Property is 1 block from mass transit and across the street from a mall. Staff is friendly and rooms are O.K. could use a bit of a redo.

Attentive staff and chocolate cookies on checkin! The decor is slightly outdated , and the corner rooms have really awkward layout .... there's a breakfast cafe and restaurant on site , both had great food at good prices.
With a short 8-10' min walk to the convention center, this is a great spot if you are in town for a conference.

The hotel had been redone, it is across the street from the Lloyd center. The reason for only 4-stars is for two reasons, first, they have a lot of doors which cannot be used to exit the hotel, and second, for the cost I think it should come with a breakfast.

We will never spend a penny at this hotel or it s affiliates again. The treatment of Jermain Macey, a hotel guest and calling the police on him because he was simply in a common area of the hotel on a call, show how the security guards and Manager on site need much more than retraining. For me it represents the true nature of this chain. My company has stayed here before for business. It s fair at best at any rate. Very distasteful hotel.

The hotel is in a prime location near Oregon convention center. Very conveniently accessible by Max via the Lloyd center station which is right by the hotel entrance. I was attending a conference in the Oregon conference center and decided to stay nearby. Giving it only three stars as the room that they allotted initially as I checked-in wasn't clean. I found issues with the restroom not being clean. The hotel staff were very friendly and promptly allotted me a different room.

Very dated interior. Lots of 1980s oak. In need of a major remodel. On the plus side, it's centrally located, has plenty of parking, and the ballrooms are very flexible for different sized conferences or events.

Great staff, fast and friendly. Great view of the park from balcony. But no mini fridge in the room, couldn't keep leftovers from outings, even though the rooms are very spacious enough for one.

Hi. Bad experience. Multiple mistakes were made from the first step to the last. Because of reservation operators indifference reservation name was completely wrong which caused delays. Front desk personnel assistance was lacking as their interest in helping was minimal and forced. Breakfast was not served despite being assured by operator at reservation time. Overall, between wrong information, employee indifference, (including front desk manager) and resulting delays I was very disappointed. Portland is great, Double Tree Hilton not so much. Bye.

Never stayed in the hotel, have only been here for conventions. Hotel is right off the max line and right across the street from the Lloyd center mall. The Conference room that is attatched to their garage is absolutely disgusting! The More

I really loved this hotel. We were there for a conference and they kept the coffee, snacks, and water full at all times. As anyone knows at any conference, they always go over and so having food and caffeine provided through out made staying hydrated much easier. Lunch was a good size sandwich with chips and drink options. Definitely one of the better hosted conferences in awhile!

Everything about the hotel is perfectly serviceable. Nothing super fancy, but everything is clean and functional. Service is friendly and there is plenty of parking in the garage. Decor is a bit dated, but overall, a fine hotel.
